Hello everyone!

Today I will show you a natural phenomenon that is located in the Eastern Rhodopes (Bulgaria) or more precisely on the road between the towns of Haskovo and Kardzhali, near the village of Beli Plast - The Stone Mushrooms.
We visited the place in June this year. It was a rainy week and we hoped that the weekend would be sunny, because we knew that only in sunny weather we would be able to see the beautiful hues of the mushrooms.
The location is very easy and there is no way to miss them because they are literally on the side of the road.
The inconvenience is that there is no parking, but overall the look around does not last long because the area,
on which the Stone Mushrooms are located is not large.

Днес ще ви покажа един природен феномен, който се намира в Източните Родопи (България) или по-точно на пътя между градовете Хасково и Кърджали, близо до село Бели пласт - Каменните гъби.
Посетихме мястото месец Юни, тази година. Беше дъждовна седмица и се надявахме уикенда да е слънчев, понеже знаехме, че само в слънчево време ще можем да видим красивите оттенъци на гъбите.
Мястото е изключително лесно и няма как да го пропуснете, защото Каменните гъби се намират буквално отстрани на пътя. Неудобството е, че няма паркинг, но като цяло огледа не продължава дълго, защото площта, на която са разположени Каменните гъби не е голяма.

The Stone Mushrooms

These are natural rock formations that formed more than 20 million years ago. They are the result of intense underwater volcanic activity. It was once the bottom of the sea, but when the water receded over the volcanic tuffs erosion began. The lower layer was more easily eroded and the upper layer was harder and stronger. And so over millennia, under the influence of sun, rain, wind and cold, these incredible shapes have formed.

Това са естествени скални образувания, които са се формирали преди повече от 20 милиона години. Те са резултат от интензивна подводна вулканична дейност. Някога това е било дъно на море, но когато водата се оттеглила върху вулканичните туфи започнала ерозия. Долния пласт бил по-лесно разрушим, а горния по-твърд и здрав. И така в продължение на хилядолетия, под влиянието на слънце, дъжд, вятър и студ са се оформили тези невероятни форми.
