If you are looking for an authentic city full of character, Naples is a perfect choice for your next trip. Located in southern Italy, Naples is a city rich in history, art and cuisine. Here are some of the must-see places to visit during your stay.

For starters, don't miss the Duomo di Napoli, the city's cathedral. Built in the 13th century, it is one of the most beautiful examples of Gothic architecture in Italy. Inside, you can admire frescoes and mosaics of great beauty.

Next, head to the Castel dell'Ovo, a medieval castle located on a rocky promontory at the end of the Santa Lucia district. The castle offers a breathtaking view of the Tyrrhenian Sea and the city of Naples.

If you are an art fan, don't miss a visit to the National Archaeological Museum of Naples. It houses a vast collection of artifacts from ancient Greece and Rome, as well as well-preserved mosaics and frescoes. You can spend hours discovering the art and artifacts of these fascinating civilizations.

For a typical Naples dining experience, head to Pizzeria Brandi, which is said to have invented the Margherita pizza in 1889 in honor of Queen Margaret of Savoy. This pizzeria is still very popular today and you can enjoy a delicious pizza in an authentic setting.

Don't forget to stroll through the bustling streets of Naples to experience the unique atmosphere of the city. The old town, with its narrow and winding streets, is particularly picturesque and will allow you to discover many historic churches and palaces.

Naples is a city rich in history and culture, with many places to discover. From the Duomo di Napoli to the Castel dell'Ovo to the National Archaeological Museum to Pizzeria Brandi, there is something for everyone in Naples. Don't miss this must-see destination on your next trip to Italy.

Vienna, the capital of Austria, is a city rich in history and culture. If you are planning to visit this city, there are several places you should not miss. In this second part of the article, I will introduce you to the must-see places to visit in Vienna.

2.jpg

First of all, there is the Schönbrunn Palace, a former imperial residence. The palace is surrounded by a huge park that is perfect for a walk or a picnic. You can also visit the many rooms in the palace, all of which are beautifully decorated.

Then there is St. Stephen's Cathedral, an imposing Gothic church located in the center of Vienna. The cathedral is famous for its multi-colored roofs and impressive stained glass windows. If you are willing to climb the 343 steps to the top of the tower, you can enjoy a spectacular view of the city.

Another place that I personally love and that you should not miss is the Hofburg, another former imperial residence. The Hofburg now houses several museums, including the Sisi Museum, which chronicles the life of Empress Elisabeth of Austria. You can also visit the throne room and the imperial chapel.

People who love art should definitely visit the Vienna Museum of Art History. The museum houses an incredible collection of paintings and sculptures, including works by Rembrandt, Vermeer and Rubens. I would also recommend visiting the Museum of Modern Art right next door, which features works by artists such as Klimt, Schiele and Kokoschka.

For a more local experience, you can visit the Naschmarkt market. This is the largest market in Vienna, and it is open every day except Sunday. You will find fresh produce, spices, cheeses, olives, fruits and vegetables, as well as many restaurants serving international cuisine.

These are the must-see places to visit during your stay in Vienna. This city is full of cultural and historical treasures, and these places are just a glimpse of all that Vienna has to offer.
