Visiting the Iconic Places in Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur

Hi, fellow hivers! I am hoping that all is well. For today's article, I am going to share about our Putrajaya and Kuala Lumpur travel.

After our Melaka Trip, we went to Putrajaya. But before that, let me share with you a Cafe that we visited in Melaka which serves good coffee and croissant.

The travel time from Melaka to Putrajaya is around 2 hours. It is the city in Malaysia where most of the national government offices are located. That time, the weather was so hot and the challenge was how to smile under the heat of the sun.

We were able to have a visit to one of the most famous and biggest mosques in Malaysia, the Putra Mosque. There are many tourists inside the mosque. Before you can enter the mosque, you need to borrow apparel especially if you are not wearing a long dress and long sleeves and the hair must be covered.

After our quick Putrajaya visit, we went to Kuala Lumpur. We went to KL Tower for an observatory experience. This was my first time doing an observatory tour and I am a bit afraid of heights.

When we arrived at the viewing deck, we enjoyed the view and captured a lot of pictures of the iconic towers in KL, the twin towers and Merdeka 118 towers.

As we waited for our turn to go inside the Observatory Box, we enjoyed the winds blowing and having a watch of the city from above. After a couple of minutes, we had our turn. The feeling when we were in the box was exhilarating, a mixture of fear and excitement. I walked in a clear glass and when I tried to look down, my knees shivered. Nevertheless, we tried to compose ourselves and had our pictures taken.

The experience did not take long, around 5 minutes we were done. Then we went to the lower ground and had our picture taken with the tower as our background. I was imagining the heights that we had during the observatory experience.

Then, we went to KLCC and had an evening view of the Twin Towers while waiting for the water fountain show.

At this time, there were already lots of people waiting for the fountain show to start. Good thing, we were able to witness this during our travel.

The whole day's travel was indeed full-packed with activities and I really longed for rest nevertheless, we enjoyed the whole journey.

That's all folks! I hope that you enjoyed reading this article.
