Queridos amigos hoy les comparto un viaje maravilloso que hice por la ciudad de Maracaibo, estado Zulia, un lugar que me encantó muchísimo. Lo que si les puedo corroborar es que si hace mucho calor, pero vale la pena estar allí y disfrutar de sus paisajes y naturaleza.
Comenzamos por un parque que se llama Parque Vereda del lado, es super grande y bonito allí dentro puedes alquilar bicicletas para recorrer parte del parque, mientras vas caminando, puedes contemplar el Lago de Maracaibo, ya que este parque está justo al lado y puedes ver su inmensidad. Hace mucha brisa, así que es una buena opción para un día caluroso.
Dear friends, today I am sharing with you a wonderful trip I made to the city of Maracaibo, Zulia state, a place that I loved very much. What I can corroborate is that it is very hot, but it is worth being there and enjoy its landscapes and nature.
We started in a park called Vereda del lado Park, it is super big and beautiful, inside you can rent bicycles to tour part of the park, while walking, you can see the Maracaibo Lake, as this park is right next to it and you can see its immensity. It is very breezy, so it is a good option for a hot day.
Ahora pasamos a la playa Isla de San Carlos a donde puedes llegar sólo en lancha y disfrutar de los manglares y de la naturaleza. Allí nos encontramos a un amiguito, un burro que también le gusta la playa. Fue refrescante entrar en esas ricas aguas de la playa, aplacando así el calor que sentíamos. Desde allí puedes observar el Castillo de San Carlos de la Barra, un monumento histórico, servía de protección para que el territorio no fuera atacado por piratas fue creado en 1923.
Now we go to the beach Isla de San Carlos where you can get there only by boat and enjoy the mangroves and nature. There we met a little friend, a donkey who also likes the beach. It was refreshing to get into the rich waters of the beach, soothing the heat we were feeling. From there you can see the Castillo de San Carlos de la Barra, a historical monument, it served as protection so that the territory was not attacked by pirates, it was created in 1923.
En Maracaibo existe una pequeña zona que se llama Santa Rosa de Agua, allí en esa zona se puede ver parte del Lago de Maracaibo y puedes observar a mucha gente en lancha, lo que más me gustó de allí fueron los Palafitos, las cuales son viviendas sobre palos o estacas, que se encuentran sobre el agua, se veían muy hermosos, aunque si me dio un poco de miedo entrar y caminar de uno a otro.
In Maracaibo there is a small area called Santa Rosa de Agua, there in that area you can see part of Lake Maracaibo and you can see many people on boats, what I liked the most were the Palafitos, which are houses on sticks or stakes, which are on the water, they looked very beautiful, although I was a little scared to enter and walk from one to another.
Había un parque por allí cerca, que se llama, Parque tierra de sueños donde estas en contacto con la naturaleza y todas las atracciones son hechas con material de reciclaje, allí se encuentra el puente más largo hecho con material de reciclaje.
There was a park nearby, called Parque tierra de sueños where you are in contact with nature and all the attractions are made with recycled material, there is the longest bridge made with recycled material.
Y no podía faltar la visita al Sambil de Maracaibo, un centro comercial bastante grande, y ver una película con amigos, la parte de atrás del Sambil también esta en contacto con el lago de Maracaibo y la vista es espectacular.
And I could not miss a visit to the Sambil of Maracaibo, a fairly large shopping mall, and watch a movie with friends, the back of the Sambil is also in contact with the lake of Maracaibo and the view is spectacular.
I recommend you to visit this beautiful city, I missed places to visit but the ones I visited I loved and left me wanting to return.
Les recomiendo visitar esa ciudad tan hermosa, a mi me faltaron sitios por conocer pero los que visité me encantaron y me dejaron con ganas de volver.
