Hi guys, welcome to Hive and the haveyoubeenhere and pinmapple community.
It seems that you're still finding your feet on Hive as it's quite a complex ecosystem. Since you are able to monetise your content, the community are quite particular in how you post, specifically with regards to recycled content. The video in this post was already featured in your post from two days ago which has done very well, and by posting it again is considered milking the reward pool on Hive. Likewise with your prior two posts which are a duplicate of the same content. Normally we encourage new users to engage more, rather than posting multiple times a day as that is the best way to build your network and support in the long run.
Specifically, with regards to posting in the haveyoubeenhere and pinmapple community, our community rule states that all posts must be pinned on Pinmapple as that is how we curate content, you can check the rules on the community front page. In fact, pretty much all community's have their own rules so it's worth checking them out before you post.

The best analogy is to think of the Hive blockchain as a house, and there are different doors to get in. All the different frontends such as peakd, 3speak, hive.blog, dtube, ecency, leofinance.io etc are some of the different ways where you can create content and they will all be posted to Hive available for everyone to see on your blog.
Everyone makes mistakes as things can be quite complex on Hive, so in a way, its better to make mistakes in the early days instead of further down the road.
