Namaste 🙏

Hope you all are doing great!!!

Today I’m gonna take you guys to the journey to the highest point of the highest point of the Pokhara that is the Sarangkot watch Tower. It is the perfect spot to watch the sunrise and sunset as you can see the view of Annapurna Range as well as the Pokhara city from there.

So continuing my journey from the last blog, I started to hike towards the top as all other people were standing at the parking only as it would take a lot of time to reach to the top and most of them were elderly people, so they couldn’t walk. I decided to track in such a short time that I was really very limited in time to reach there.

I had to complete my hike and get back to the parking spot in a short time after the sunrise as everyone would get back to the hotel, and they won’t wait for me as I didn’t had any mobile phone with me as well.

If you haven’t been through my last blog, I’m gonna post the link to the last blog here for you guys to check out.

As soon as I reached the top, I could see this huge idol made of Hindu God that was visible from the Pokhara city itself. It was huge in size as you can see in the photograph and there was a watch tower right behind it, which I had to climb.

IMG_0843.jpeg

On the top, there were many little temples made, and this area was really very beautiful, and there was a very peaceful vibe to it. There were many people gathered around to witness the best of their lives.

The sky was taking the golden colours as the sun slowly started to rise from the eastern side. Everyone was very excited to see the sunrise and everyone was gathering to be on the top of the tower.

In the photograph below, you can see the tower very clearly. It was a really tall tower with places on each step for people to stand and enjoy the mesmerising view of the nature. As this tower was privately built, so there was a fee that one needs to pay to get on top of it to view the sunrise.

It was a really nominal fee less than a dollar that I paid to get on top of it. I started to climb on top of it and in a couple of minutes, I was already on top.

In these photographs, you can see the ticket which I bought that was required to be on top of the tower to enjoy the mesmerising view of the Annapurna himalayan Range.

As you can see the little temples on the way to the tower were really very beautiful and they were shining differently in the morning light as the lights of those temples were also on and the sun was not on the sky yet. So this light setting was really very powerful, and all the photographs came out to be awesome.

IMG_0858.jpeg

As soon as I reached on to the top, I was speechless to see the view I was seeing in front of my eyes. It was the best view I have ever seen in my life from watchtower, and I won’t forget the vibe that I felt when I reached on top.

IMG_0861.jpeg

There were already many people standing on the top of the tower, waiting for the sunrise to witness the sunrise from the best Location, you could ever be. I had to make my way in between the people so that I could see the view clearly.

In these photographs, you can see the peaks that were visible from up there. They were several peaks that were near about 8000 m from sea level in height such as Manalsu Peak.

IMG_0878.jpeg

Now I was ready for the sunrise and I had also secured my space in the tower. I am gonna tell you guys about my experience of the best sunrise ever in the next blog.

That’s all for today.

Thanks for passing by.

Peace ☮️

The view from the top is so wonderful and mesmerizing. If I was near here, I would love to go to the top regularly and cherish the beauty of the distant mountains. It is so amazing to see the mountain range from that point. They all look majestic, standing beautifully from a distance.
