Namaste 🙏

Hope you all are doing great!!!

Thanks for all the love and support on my couple last blogs. This means a lot to me and motivates me to write more. If you haven’t been through my last couple blogs, I’ll be posting links to them below.

So after exploring the main two attractions of this garden, it was time to get ahead of them and explore new grounds. We kept on walking straight towards the centre of the garden, unknowing of what we were going to encounter next.

IMG_8659.jpeg

That’s how the Shish Gumbad and the Bada Gumbad look from behind. In the photograph above, you can see just the back of Sheesh Gumbad while in the photograph below that taken from a little bit more distance, you can see both.

On our way, we found a very different looking kind of plantations. I still don’t have any idea about what it was, but it looked really amazing. It was densely planted trees and I’m not sure what kind of tree they were. At the time when we arrived there, there were no leaves on the trees.

After working for a couple more minutes, we reached to a place where it was empty ground every side. They were people enjoying their with their family and loved ones and spending quality time in the middle of the garden. Listening to some songs they were playing on Bluetooth speaker.

IMG_8662.jpeg

In photographs, above and below, you can see many of such groups of people who were doing picnic there with their loved ones. Kids were roaming around and playing in the middle of the garden and at a distance, we saw a gate that was decorated with a lot of flowers, so we decided to go there without giving it a second thought.

IMG_8663.jpeg

On the way, some kids were having time of their lives. They were running here and there all the time and were playing with each other. I remembered my childhood days as soon as I saw them. I wondered if I could also play like them in any time soon, thinking that we just moved on towards the centre of the garden and also towards the flower gate. I mentioned earlier.

IMG_8664.jpeg

This was the gate. I was talking about, and it looked really beautiful. It was more beautiful than it was looking from a distance as it was up close. How come anyone not pass through such beautiful looking after seeing it at a distance?

IMG_8665.jpeg

We passed through this gate only to know that these flowers were leading us to a flower garden in the middle of the Lodhi Garden. The sun was shining bright above us on this early spring day, and the temperature was as perfect as it can be. We Kept on moving to find the flowers that I was talking about.

IMG_8666.jpeg

Now the flower started to appear on the both side of the footpath. As you can see the photograph below. We were smelling such a fragrance while walking on this footpath that I cannot explain. In words, you have to be there physically to explain it. It was that good.

IMG_8667.jpeg

This footpath lead us to the centre of the flower garden where there were a lot of different varieties of flowers together planted at once. You can see the star of the show in the photograph below. This is the most beautiful photograph that I have posted on this blog. What you guys say?

IMG_8676.jpeg

It looks like a perfect spot to relax for a while, so we sit down and chilled for another 15 to 20 minutes there. The sun was now started to move westwards and we still had a lot of area left cover so, without wasting any more time, we got up from the place we were sitting and continue our journey.

I guess it’s enough for today more in the next blog tomorrow.

Thanks for passing by.
