We came back from Kainchi Dham and decided to stay at Bhowali which is about 10-12 kms from Kainchidham. It was already night by the time when we reached there. But luckily, we were able to find a beautiful hotel for really cheap price, and we decided to stay there.
It was a beautiful only night with occasional sightings of moon from within the clouds that were consistently flowing because of the monsoons, the photographs that you are seeing is just a glimpse of what we were actually seeing without naked naked eyes. The photographs are not at all paying justice to what we were seeing, especially the moonlight night.
But you can imagine by seeing our picture that how beautiful it is looking the village on the hill with the full moon in the background and such a mesmerising atmosphere of misty clouds covering the whole landscape. It was just a very dreamy situation.
The inside of the hotel was no different. It was one of the best hotel in this area and it was really beyond my expectation. Considering the small town we were living in. You can see that in the photos as well.
We ordered freshly prepared food and it was also beyond our expectation. This was the best food we had in our whole trip as of now and this was the food. I will remember for a really long time. You can also see that in the photograph.
Next morning, we woke up really fresh and sound. We were so happy to wake up in such a state. As we had a peaceful night sleep. We had another day full of adventure ahead of us and we couldn’t wait to get out of our hotel room.
Only one thing was against us that day that was the rainfall. There was significant amount of rainfall that happened that day. When we got ready after having our breakfast, and we decided to get out and explore the nearby attractions, it started to rain.
Because of the rain we stopped and kept on roaming around the garden area of the hotel itself, and we were waiting for the rain to stop, but even after waiting for half an hour, rain was not completely stopped. It was just partially stopped for a while when we decided to get on our scooter and explore the nearby attractions.
We decided to go to Ghorakhal that was a really famous place near this town that was about 5 km away. This was a military area and there was also a very famous temple of the whole state that is Golu Devta Temple.
As we reached the Ghorakhal, the weather was full of mist and the sky was also looking very dramatic. It was raining continuously, but not that fast. We parked our Scooty on the side of the road and started to explore this beautiful place.
This place was quite higher than the town itself, and because of that, also the Missed was getting darker and dancer hair as compared to the town. The temple was also very near to us, and also there was army school in the vicinity.
I’m gonna tell you guys about my journey of visiting the most beautiful and most famous temple of this region in tomorrow’s blog. I think that is it for today.
