Hello everyone! In this period I am continuing my exploration of Trentino Alto Adige in particular the Valle del Vanoi and today I am taking you to discover a magical place: the Calaita Lake. The lake is located at 1621 meters above sea level and is surrounded by mountains and woods, a marvel. The fresh and clean air, the snow-capped peaks, beautiful.

🥈 The Outeniqua Multi-day Hike (Day 3), Deepwalls, South Africa by @zo3d
This is a hike that I will remember for the rest of my life. I had mentioned to my uncle that there was a spot available for the Outeniqua Hike and she immediately just said DO IT! So first chance I got I signed up and got my name confirmed in the group. Day 3 was challenging and beautiful. We left Rondebossie Hut and gathered around the map to confirm our route and what lay ahead. We knew that in the middle of the hike we would have a 400m ascend to the top of Jonkersberg Peak and one of the highlights of our trip.

🥉 Seoraksan National Park, South Korea by @wittywheat
Have I told you that I absolutely adore South Korea? Why? I can dress as if I'm going for Mount Everest basecamp trekking in the middle of a bustling city yet no one bothers to drag me to a psychiatric ward. Hiking gears are sort of standardized uniforms there especially among middle-aged to elderly people. The country has numerous charming hiking trails waiting to be explored. Seoraksan National Park happens to be one of my favorite places for a short hike. The peak of the Ulsanbawi rock is also the best location to cure acrophobia with a stunning view.
