Introduction

Hi everyone it's @LivingUKTaiwan here. We're back with your favourite #TravelDigest after a few days break due to some Hive SQL issues. The issues still aren't quite resolved yet but the devs have found a temporary solution around it while the permanent solution is being sorted out. The most important thing is that the temporary fix means we can continue to curate and support and Pinmapple users.

" Finally all of the thick mist covering the valley below us moved aside and I was left in awe of the real beauty revealed right before my naked eyes. I was then quick to notice that Calamba Farm is similar to Cebu's Sirao Pictorial Garden; there were a lot of replicas of famous destinations outside of the Philippines just like the huge bird's nest in Bali and gigantic open palm (bridge) in Vietnam to name a few."

#2 Aside from the giant rocks in the river, I was even amazed by the giant tall trees that grow in the area. One of the giant trees there is I bet larger than an average Filipino house! It is so huge that I even get scared to get near to it. It’s weird but the tree has this ambiance of a dwelling place of creatures whom we call “not like ours”. Sadly, my phone couldn’t capture its total size! It’s just so huge!#2

🥉 Moraine Lake: A Gem in the Canadian Rockies by @crypticat

" Back when this bill was first produced, $20 could get one groceries for a week. Now, you need almost two of them to pay for a day of parking at Lake Louise (population 691.) Parking at the Ski Hill and taking the shuttle bus is $8 per person which is much more reasonable as some of the buses even stop at Moraine lake for free. It's the only way to get here without walking 14km one-way uphill from the town."
