Do you like Veggies...?

Fresh, Farm Plucked Veggies?

Right onto your kitchen for the preparation of different varieties of dishes...

Ever wondered that, how are the most fresh and healthy veggies produced..? Are they even produced on the most fertile soil of the quality behind those sparkling zucchini's is just because of chemical fertilisers....

IMG_4614.jpg

Hello Everyone,

It’s a beautiful day today guys as today I discovered a place which has all the answers to the question that where those fresh and healthy organic veggies come from...

IMG_4615.jpg

So here’s a place and my today’s destination where all the research is being done and the high quality seeds of the vegetables are produced.

IMG_4618.jpg

The main and the most essential need form the survival of human being other that oxygen and water is food what we eat. It is all the grains and wheat other than Chicken what we eat. If the vegetation gets in theft our lives will also be in theft, as all the vegetation on this Blue planet provides us the most precious gas which is oxygen.

IMG_4619.jpg

So here we begin it’s ICAR Research farm Baragran where researchers research and study the future of plants and theirs products and formation. This whole land is about 120 Bighas (the scale used to measure land in India).

IMG_4617.jpg

It was around 7 o clock in the morning when I visited this place, All the research process and all the workers come to this place at 9 o'clock. So I entered through the gate and took permission form the gatekeeper for visiting this place and I did my entry on a register which was a the watchman.

IMG_4621.jpg

All the Vegetables which were produced at this plant for research work was organic, Now a days a lot of farmers are practising Organic farming which just completely boycott the use of Chemicals fertilisers throughout the whole Germination process.

IMG_4616.jpg

When I entered through the gate, the first thing that I noticed was these ploughing items which were used the most in this research farm for ploughing the land. These accessories were used with the tractor for ploughing the land.

IMG_4626.jpg

The Sun was shining so brightly and the morning sunlight was reflecting with the soil making in look like golden in colour. This morning sunlight was so bright because sunrise took place about 10-15 minutes ago at this place.

IMG_4623.jpg

Different varieties of vegetables were planted here and few of them the kept for preparation of natural seed right from the parent plant. Scientists practice different types of experiments with these plants guys so that best could come out from little production.

IMG_4622.jpg

At a Fewer portions of this farm seedling of Chilly plants were also germinated successfully. From the seeds which were prepared at this research farm.

IMG_4627.jpg
A tiny Pumpkin Plant Germinated few days ago

IMG_4639.jpg
When I saw the little pumpkin plant, It kinda attracted me towards it so the first filed which I visited in this farm was of Pumpkin, Zucchini and Beans.

IMG_4640.jpg

All these plants were so healthy even without the use of and sort of chemical fertilisers, All they needed was love and care form which the workers of this farm were very loyal towards their work.

IMG_4650.jpg

All the work which was done by the workers showing the results in front of you! Each one of employee who worked here were all perfect and loyal towards their work.

IMG_4651.jpg

Otherwise climate change irregular rainfall, Drought and attack to the plants by the parasites was common, but still in this whole farm there was not even a single sight of these effectors. It was just. all because of the hard work of the people who work here.

IMG_4628.jpg
The sun was shining so brightly like an amber in the sky.

IMG_4629.jpg

The next filed which I visited during my visit to this research farm was the field for tiny Chilly Plants. Which were just now germinated form the seed of Chilli.

IMG_4630.jpg

Just look at these bunch of chillies guys. How once a Chili makes up the whole ocean of chili plants..

IMG_4632.jpg

All the hard work which was done by the workers from sowing of the seed till the whole germination could be brightly seen in this picture guys, that how well maintained this field was..nevertheless the farm too!

IMG_4636.jpg

Fewer portion of the field in farm was covered inside net. I didn’t know that why was it done so...

IMG_4659.jpg

I gently ran across the pathway to see and Explore that why was it done so and what was planted inside this net.

IMG_4637.jpg

When I came closer to the Filed which was covered with the net inside this the researches have grown Cauliflower K-1 as stated in the board.

IMG_4638.jpg

I even saw that few Cauliflowers were even covered up with the nets rather that covering the whole filed up with the net.

IMG_4670.jpg

After wondering through this Organic wonderland, I finally got to know that what was the purpose of doing so.. I was still not sure about the technique but still I figured out that this whole process was done for collecting cauliflower seeds which will be later-on produces and choose as per the quality of the seed.

IMG_4671.jpg

The plants which were left out of this net shell were covered up with the smaller net which was covering up just the plant.

IMG_4665.jpg

Under the same portion of the filed there was another filed over which the same process was done, which would be resulting in obtaining and fetching the seeds out form the plants. for research work.

IMG_4668.jpg

But here this time we had the Onion Plants. Which were fully ripe and the onion was not taken out form the soil which resulting in the new phase of life of an onion plant.

IMG_4669.jpg

The corner left portion of the farm kept for this purpose only. There were a lot of things to see on this farm land guys..

IMG_4633.jpg

This Farm had a lot of veggies too as here’s a photograph depicting ripe Garlic Plant.

IMG_4635.jpg
Here’s a view of Garlic Field

IMG_4648.jpg
At few portions freely baby garlic plants were also planted for some research work.

IMG_4664.jpg
A photo depicting onion filed form their first stage till their last one.

IMG_4641.jpg

Its a great step towards the better future guys that Research farm like these are really working so hard for preparing a new view for the Agriculture.

IMG_4642.jpg

Now a days people are aware of the chemically produced vegetation and fruits which are causing many harmful diseases which truly threatens the lives to risk.

IMG_4643.jpg

I think in few years the scientists will surely be successful in making different varieties of hybrid seeds of the plants which will be beneficial for each one of us and out future generations.

IMG_4644.jpg
Once a plant grows and becomes a tree but never give up, just as this tiny offspring that came form a clilli flake turned into a fully germinated chilli plant.

IMG_4655.jpg

This was the last field of the whole farm guys. It was the field for obtaining Lecture seeds.

IMG_4653.jpg

All the bushes which were seen in this picture were a variety to Lecture plants which have been transformed in to these wild bushes.

IMG_4654.jpg

It was really a great day for me guys.. As I got an opportunity to share and experience this Heavenly Research farm of Baragran of Kullu District. I was really motivated by the techniques and the quality work which was done by the staff and workers of the farm for Taking this whole world onto the Organic Farming Culture for protecting the nature and our Precious lives.

IMG_4645.jpg

So that’s all for today guys.I hope you liked it.

All these photographs were captured by me using iPhone 12 and were edited using Lightroom.

Thanks for your precious time.🙏

Love form the Himalays.❤️
