When the sky calls... Exploring the Lasts of Lahul! The Land closer to the sky.

Just right in front of us, all that we could see were the clouds as our only companion neither the trees nor the birds just the sky above us! It seemed like that we were at such an unrealistic place but as it is said that The Cold Himalayan Desert is a place where your imagination is itself an imagination!

Julley Everyone!
Wondering in the land maybe the unfound one!
Somewhere lost we were! Trying to find ourselves the lost us! Brought us here.

On our way towards the northern region of the Cold and harsh Himalayan Desert, Exploring the hidden beauty of the place beyond Lahul Region.

IMG_5659 Large.jpeg
It was around 3PM in the afternoon and the clouds seemed like that every little shade that it provided was crystal clear. Only shading the fewer portions. Usually this place is used to be covered under a heavy thick blanket of snow and still the extreme higher peaks of the Himalayas were even though covered with the snow.

The Land Beyond Lahul region of Himachal Pradesh usually starts the Himalayan Cold Desert and The High Pir Panjal Himalayan Range is quite high enough that it separated the two regions so that the winds could could not pass the higher land and thus the Land beyond Lahul region experiences the Cold Desert Climate.

Not even a single tree was at all, that we could see expect the dunes not of sand but of the tiny bits of loose rocks which were not at all sturdy. Making it nearly impossible to climb the unseen peaks of this region. The region between the Zanskar range and The Pir Panjal Himalayan Range.

IMG_5657 Large.jpeg
Very few skilled mountaineers even ever tried to hike the peaks but failed as during the time of winters it is nearly impossible to even reach this place because of the high altitude of the place more than 20,000 feet above the sea level and the summit of the unclaimed peaks that no one has ever even measured.

During the expedition the unrealistic thing that I saw was a tiny rainbow as seen in the picture, A rainbow with a Halo Sun.

It was really a rare phenomena that anyone would have seen in his life or captured! I felt truly blessed and grateful that I was above to capture it and share it with you guys.

So thats all for today guys I hope you liked it. 🙏
Thanks for your precious time.
Love from the Himalayas.❤️
