I think so, it gave a nice filter though.
The city is dark with lots of neolights.
Whereas here in the open, natural lighting and cool weather, I would say Yes😆
You should suggest adding more colorful lights to the places there so it would be a tourist destination.
Then they will give you an award for such a great idea hahaha 😅
