Hello to all my friends,I hope everyone is well.I hope your days are going well. I am also good with your support.
India Gate is one of Delhi's most popular tourist destinations. Yesterday, I had the opportunity to visit it with my family. My sister, brother-in-law, and nephew accompanied me on this trip.

Beginning of the journey
We planned to shower and head to India Gate around 2 p.m. We first took an auto-rickshaw and then the metro. After getting off the metro, we took another auto-rickshaw and finally arrived at India Gate about an hour later.

First glimpse and crowd view
As soon as India Gate came into view, I felt a surge of joy. I felt proud to see the vast and magnificent monument. Upon arriving, I took many photographs, which I'm sharing with you.

At that time, around 2,000-3,000 people were present at India Gate. The crowd included not only Indians but also tourists from abroad. The foreign tourists were thoroughly enjoying the views and were busy taking photographs.

Lush green lawns surround India Gate, making it a popular picnic and strolling destination. The view is especially captivating in the evenings, when the gate is illuminated with colorful lights.

Note - Friends, I have taken this information from Google:👇🏻
It was designed by British architect Sir Edwin Lutyens and its design is inspired by the Arc de Triomphe in Paris. It is made of red and yellow sandstone and stands 42 meters high.
The walls of India Gate bear the names of approximately 13,300 Indian and British soldiers who died in World War I and the Afghan War.
The foundation stone was laid in 1921, and it was completed in 1931.
Amar Jawan Jyoti: After the 1971 Indo-Pakistani War, another memorial, the Amar Jawan Jyoti, was erected at India Gate. It commemorates the soldiers who sacrificed their lives for the country.
Republic Day Parade: Every year, a grand Republic Day parade is held at India Gate, showcasing India's cultural heritage and military might.

Security and order
India Gate is surrounded by chain-link fences, and army personnel are stationed inside. Their presence makes the atmosphere feel safe and disciplined.

Enjoy the rain and the weather
While we were taking photos and exploring, the weather suddenly turned bad and it started raining heavily. It lasted only about half an hour, but it made the weather pleasant and cool. After the rain stopped, we wandered around India Gate for a while longer, enjoying the moment.

As soon as the rain stopped, we started feeling hungry, and the guys suggested we eat something. We ate some fast food, then walked for a walk, and then we decided to return home.
All those who will see this blog of mine, you must come and see India Gate and enjoy yourself.

My experience
The trip to India Gate was a very special one for me. I will always cherish these moments with my family. The crowds, the excitement of the foreign tourists, the rainy weather, and the grandeur of India Gate all made this trip unforgettable.
