Covid has been a positive and a negative thing at the same time. For example, some of the more touristy places are easier for the locals but not so good for the businesses relying on tourism. But the air is cleaner!
In the UK, a lot of people who usually go abroad stayed in the country and prices were through the roof!
I read about Da Nang before, your write-up has a much more local feel, shares the story behind it, it is really interesting. The flooding is sad, especially looking at the levels through the years. I feel for people having to deal with it.
Yeah, covid has taken a toll on tourism all over the world.
