JEMBATAN TAJUK // Exploring the Tajuk Bridge in Banda Aceh City Forest

in Worldmappin10 days ago

Good night to all my beloved hive friends ♥️

In this post, I will share my experience when visiting and exploring the Tajuk Bridge which is in the Banda Aceh city forest tourist destination. is an open-air and educational tourism destination in Banda Aceh. This forest offers a variety of interesting facilities, both educational and Recreation. The forest's vast area allows visitors to explore to their heart's content while enjoying the tranquil natural surroundings. However, in this post, I will focus more on telling my experience while exploring the Tajuk Bridge, a unique bridge that is shaped like the letter V.

If I'm not mistaken, this is my 5th visit to this city forest, in this visit I saw that there are a lot of changes and differences in this city forest, there are a lot of additional facilities and even some places look different because they have been painted with different colors, one example is the Tajuk bridge which has been painted green so that it looks like it blends in with the surrounding nature.

This is a puddle that always greets me when I come to this place, the location is right on the side of the road so we can easily find this puddle, in the puddle there are also many lotus plants, but I don't know whether there are fish or not in it.

As usual, this city forest is always in a clean condition, many lush trees grow in this forest, but its cleanliness is still maintained so that it gives a positive impression and creates a pleasant view to look at.I don't know what trees are planted in this forest, but as soon as we are here the atmosphere immediately changes to being so calm, we wouldn't even think that this is a city forest (a forest that was deliberately created).

Did you know?
This bridge used to be orange, which didn't really blend in with the surroundings, but now it has been repainted green, making it look even more beautiful and blending in with the natural surroundings.

In my opinion, this bridge is the most romantic area in the Banda Aceh city forest, the reason is that we can climb this bridge with our partner while seeing the beautiful natural scenery below.

It's a shame I didn't get any information about the height of this bridge, but according to my estimate, this bridge is about 8-10 meters high, so from the top of this bridge we can see the view with a wider view. This is a V-shaped bridge and of course has a sharp corner.

This corner is the most popular among visitors, apart from being able to enjoy the natural scenery, in this corner visitors can also take as many photos as they like with the lush trees in the background.Even on my previous visit, I also found several visitors resting in that corner, it is not prohibited but in my opinion,it is a little disturbing to the comfort of other visitors, especially because this bridge is not very wide.

There was a funny incident that happened when I was going down this bridge, I don't know what I stepped on but it felt very slippery so it made me slip, I didn't experience any pain but I felt embarrassed because I was laughed at by other visitors.Just like before, the beautiful views of the trees continue to accompany us as we descend this bridge. However, I noticed one oddity,i didn't encounter any monkeys in this urban forest, this contrasts sharply with the mangrove forest destination in Langsa City, where monkeys are easily found along the roadside.

Take a look at the two pictures above.
There are several children's play areas located right on the edge of the footpath, proving that this urban forest tourist destination is suitable for all visitors.

What a pleasure to continue exploring this magical place thanks to your tours!

It's interesting how that bridge is kept clean and well-maintained. I loved that little pool with those upright plants growing in it!

Thank you for taking us along!

Happy Monday!

This bridge looks better because it has been painted green, previously this bridge was orange.
This puddle of water makes me curious, I wonder whether there are fish in it or not.
Thank you very much for your support and kind comments.

Hopefully there are fish there as evidence of life.
