Hoooola, ¿qué más? ¿Ustedes viajan mucho en sus vacaciones? ¿Viajan en familia, con amigos, pareja o solos? Para estas vacaciones dicembrinas este año mi mama decidio que viajaramos a Margarita, una isla turistica de mi pais y traje a mi novia conmigo, en este post les estare contando como fue la llegada a la isla, dejenme les cuento como ha sido hasta ahora. 👇👇👇👇👇
A couple of days ago my girlfriend came from another state because she is not the same as me to visit me, she also came to share a couple of days before the trip, I will be telling you about that, anyway, she stayed overnight at my house and today we started our trip getting up at 4:30 in the morning, getting ready the little we needed, making breakfast and lunch for the trip and prepare mentally for a good couple of exhausting hours to the max.
Hace un par de dias mi novia vino de otro estado pues no es del mismo que yo para visitarme, ademas vino para compartir un par de dias antes del viaje, ya les estare contando sobre eso, en fin, se quedo a dormir en mi casa y hoy empezo nuestro viaje levantandonos a las 4:30 de la mañana, alistando lo poco que nos faltaba, haciendo el desayuno y la comida para el viaje y prepararnos mentalmente para un buen par de horas agotadoras hasta mas no poder.
We started at 5:30, being my dad who drives, my two brothers, my parents, my girlfriend and I left in the van, with the back full of suitcases and an air conditioner that they asked my dad to bring to the island. After about 3 hours we made a stop in El Guapo, in a tourist stop where we bought chicharron and a coffee, as we already had breakfast we simply occupied the tables to sit down to eat.
Arrancamos a las 5:30, siendo mi papa quien maneja, salimos mis dos hermanos, mis padres, mi novia y yo en la camioneta, con la parte trasera llena de maletas y un aire acondicionado que le pidieron el favor a mi papa que trajese a la isla. Despues de como 3 horas hicimos una parada en el Guapo, en una parada turistica donde compramos chicharron y un cafe, como traiamos ya desayuno simplemente ocupamos las mesas para sentarnos a comer.
After lunch we continued on our way, passing through Cupira, a town well known for selling cassava, food and handicrafts along the road, there you can see Manuelito very happy for his first trip beyond the mainland, another 3 hours later we arrived in Anzoategui, a state in the east of the country, we passed by the oil refineries, I could not take a good picture to capture them unfortunately.
Despues de comer seguimos nuestro camino, pasando por Cupira, un pueblo muy conocido por vender casabe, comida y artesanias junto a la carretera, alli pueden ver a Manuelito muy feliz por su primer viaje a mas alla de tierra firme, otras 3 horas mas tarde llegamos a Anzoàtegui, un estado del oriente del pais, le pasamos por al lado a las refinerias de petroleo, no pude tomar una buena foto que las captase lastimosamente.
Then we arrived in Barcelona, the capital, we were a little late at the toll booth because there were many heavy vehicles and one of the roads to pass was not working, even so we got to Guanta before 1 o'clock, where we would take the ferry, on time. Once there we paid our departure fees and taxes and got on the ferry of Naviera Paraguana, we have been coming with them for years, they are spacious ships not exactly big, they have a couple of cafes to buy drinks and food (at a pretty high price and the food is not very good either) where there is an eternal queue to order anything, today I spent almost 1 hour standing to order an American coffee nothing else. From the windows of the ferry you could not see out very well so I could not take a nice picture of the sea until you reach the island, Punta de Piedras, where you get to a walkway where first the vehicles and then the passengers leave, they are all checked by the police and anti-drug bodies and then you can go on your way.
Ya luego llegamos a Barcelona, la capital, nos retrasamos un poco en el peaje ya que habian muchos vehiculos de carga pesada y una de las vias para pasar no estaba funcionando, aun asi le metimos chola como decimos aca para poder llegar antes de la 1 a Guanta, donde tomariamos el ferry, a tiempo. Ya alli pagamos nuestras cuotas de salida e impuestos y nos montamos en el ferry de Naviera Paraguana, tenemos ya años viniendo con ellos, son naves espaciosas no precisamente grandes, tienen un par de cafetines para comprar bebidas y comida (a un precio bastante elevado y la comida tampoco es que sea muy buena que digamos) en donde se hace una cola eterna para pedir cualquier cosa, hoy pase casi 1 hora parado para pedir un cafe americano nada mas. Desde las ventanas del ferry no se veia muy bien hacia afuera asi que no pude tomar una foto bonita del mar hasta ya llegar a la isla, a Punta de Piedras, donde se llega a una pasarela donde primero salen los vehiculos y luego los pasajeros, son revisados todos por la policia y cuerpos anti drogas y luego puedes seguir tu camino.
This time we are staying in a very nice house near the La Vela shopping mall, not far from restaurants and other shopping centers where to eat and hang out. I love to travel, I have been wanting to come to Margarita for a long time and I am very happy to be here, I recognize that it is not a cheap trip considering the situation of the country and the prices, besides the difficulties like the lack of gasoline to move around, I feel lucky about that. En esta ocasion nos estamos quedando en una casa muy bonita cerca del centro comercial la Vela, no muy lejos de restaurantes y otros centros comerciales donde comer y pasar el rato. Me encanta viajar, hace un buen tiempo que queria venir para Margarita y estoy muy feliz de estar aca, reconozco que no es un viaje barato teniendo en cuenta la situacion pais y los precios, ademas de las dificultades como la falta de gasolina para moverse, me siento afortunado en cuanto a eso.
