Wow! It's mesmerizing. The pictures are high quality, Its like hidden gem you haven't shown yet. The cityscape specially. We can see how happy you were while living in HONG Kong, all those memories may have rushed up while writing about the city.
I would be more than happy to visit there some day soon in future, since it has lot to offer from skyscrapers to cultural richness.

Indeed, Hong Kong will always have a memorable chapter in my life.
