Most Famous Trek Of Himachal || India ||

in Worldmappin11 months ago

Hi hivers
Few days before I was sitting with my family and we were having a chat that where we should go to chill this time, suddenly my sister jumped into the conversation and said let’s go for a trek. Well that was a good idea but still we were confused which place we should go. Then from somewhere this place came into my mind and I told everyone that we can go CHURDHAR. It a place where lord Mahadev lives and we all are devotees of Bholenath, so now it is finally confirmed that we are going to visit this place.

Well Churdhar peak trek takes you to the highest peak in the outside of Himalayan range. It is located at 11,965ft in Sirmaur district of Himachal Pradesh. One can witness beautiful peaks of the Dhauladhar from here.

Next morning we woke up early and started our journey. From my place to the base camp it took 12 hours to reach. During the journey we got to see very beautiful views, water falls on the way. We had snacks, food and many other things in between. Now we have to stay there so it is a big task for us to book a hotel because the place where we are going to stay is a village and there is only 3 to 4 hotels. But by the gods grace we got 1 room with 5 beds and the view through window is mind wobbling.

Next morning again we woke up early, clicked few pictures and started our trek.

It was only 5 minutes we started our trek what I got to see is, that people have littered everywhere. It was ver sad. I was talking to myself that we such people do this , why they are destroying the nature. Well we have to be very aware and educate people towards this.

During the trek we enjoyed a lot and clicked many pictures as memories.

After 8 hours we have reached our destination. The trek was almost 9 to 10 kilometres with tough climb.
First we all did darshan(visit) of Lord Shirgul devta and prayed to them. We sat there for half an hour and prayed to him.

Now it’s the time that we have to go 2 more kilometres towards Lord Shivji. Now we are on the top of the Shivalik ranges at a height of 11965 feet. I swear to god this place is like heaven. We enjoyed our trek and then we went back to our hotel.
