Don't ever break in! I walk away from lots of places, it's frustrating but I don't want tangles with the law. You need to look hard, and use 'out of the box techniques' at times.

There's graffiti on the window, was it outside or in?
Someone's likely been inside before, or scaled the outside to spray it.

You mean by effraction? I’ll not do that anymore, did few time when I was a child in abandoned countryside houses, didn’t broke or damage anything - except a window ^^ - but I was taken in action and this was the last time for sure, hopefully I was very young!

I see what you’re talking, can understand how this may be frustrating and still, I’m really impressed by the number of places you visited!

I think there was some graffiti inside as outside, for sure it has been visited already but the windows were now reinforced with wooden pieces and good old screws :)

Thank you for sharing your advices and recommendations, have a good day!

There are times when we have bad days (like last Sunday). 15 visits and only 4 successes. Places get boarded up very quickly, and the re-opened by vandals. As long as you are not one of those 'vandals' I see anywhere as fair game. The trespass laws may be different where you are, so please check them.

Yes, I imagine there must be more or less successful days and expeditions!

I rarely get the opportunity to make such visits, although I would love to make more... I'd have to get closer to urbex communities in the Paris area. And yes, you're right about the local laws, I'm going to find out more seriously...!

Thanks again and have a great day 👋
