Yes, scratches out there, untreated, can be very bad. The guys hand puffed up and was infected within a few days. It went badly. Lost it. There's also poisonous plants. It's wild kingdom.
Yeah, I'm with you, creature comforts are good...I was young though, resilient. Dumb possibly. 37 at the time, just a whippersnapper.
