In this article, I would like to tell you about the Umay Nine Tree, which I discovered while visiting the ancient city of Teos in Izmir. This tree is approximately 1,800 years old. When people first found it, they estimated it to be around 1,000 years old. It is named after Umay, the goddess in Turkish mythology who protects pregnant women and their offspring without distinguishing between humans and animals. Remarkably, the tree still continues to bear fruit today.

Merhabalar herkese , bu yazımda size İzmir teos antik kentini gezerken keşfettiğim Umay nine ağacından bahsedeyim kendisi yaklaşık 1800 yaşında, insanların bu ağacı bulduklarında 1000 yıllık olduğunu tahmin ediyorlar, adını ise Türk mitolojisinde insan hayvan ayırt etmeden hamilelerin ve yavruları ayırmadan koruyan tanrıça Umaydan almıştır . Bugün hala meyvelerini vermeye devam ediyor.
1800 yıldır ne anılar biriktirdi kim bilir. Bazen gölgesinde çiftler romantik zamanlar geçirdi belkide yoldan geçen yaşlı bir amca gölgesinde dinlendi yada küçük bir kız çocuğu bu ağacı seyrederken doğa üstü haller kurdu.
Gezip görülebilen yerlerden biri burası ,
bütün heybeti ile sizi karşılayan bu yer İzmir teos antik kenti muhteşem havası tarihi ve hikayeleri insanı kendisine hayran bırakıyor.
