A short holiday in the Giant Mountains was a very good choice. I was there for the first time. I have been to the Carpathians more often, but the Sudetes captivated me with their diversity, I have the impression that in some places they have their own specific microclimate.
I haven't photographed much, so this will be the last post from this trip. Today I will present my short journey along the blue trail from the Hunting House of KPN to the fork of the road with the Main Sudety Trail (towards Rastplatz).
In this report, I will show above all 📍Samotnia, 📍Mały Staw, 📍Strzecha Akademicka and the nearest area.
Krótkie wakacje w Karkonoszach były bardzo dobrym wyborem. Byłem tam pierwszy raz. Częściej bywałem w Karpatach, ale Sudety urzekły mnie swoją różnorodnością, mam wrażenie, że mają miejscami swój specyficzny mikroklimat.
Dużo nie fotografowałem, więc będzie to ostatni post z tego wyjazdu. Dzisiaj przedstawię moją krótką podróż niebieskim szlakiem od Domku Myśliwskiego KPN do rozwidlenia dróg z Głównym Szlakiem Sudeckim (w kierunku Rastplatz).
Pokażę w tej relacji przede wszystkim 📍Samotnię, 📍Mały Staw, 📍Strzechę Akademicką oraz najbliższą okolicę.
The journey starts from the small town of Karpacz (I had an overnight stay there), a short view from this place and we quickly move much further to the blue trail.
Podróż zaczyna się z małego miasta Karpacza (tam miałem nocleg), krótki widok z tego miejsca i szybko przenosimy się już o wiele dalej na niebieski szlak.
I'm not a mountain specialist, I don't travel much, I'm very rarely in the mountains. That's probably why this sight made a huge impression on me. It's like I've been transported to another world. Clouds low, very green and those rocks that grow out of greenery. Well beautiful!
Nie jestem specjalistą od gór, mało podróżuję, w górach jestem bardzo rzadko. Dlatego pewnie ten widok zrobił na mnie ogromne wrażenie. Trochę jak bym się przeniósł do innego świata. Nisko chmury, bardzo zielono i te skały, które wyrastają z zieleni. Nooo pięknie!
I reach the Samotnia mountain shelter. It started to rain lightly, but the beautiful views compensate for everything. This pond looks amazing, surrounded by mountains and ubiquitous greenery. I didn't take a professional camera, I took pictures with my phone. Due to the light rain, the water in the Small Pond makes a beautiful mirror, the photos look beautiful (as if I had set a long exposure time in the camera to capture this effect of water). But I took the photos handheld, with my phone.
Docieram do schroniska górskiego Samotnia. Zaczęło lekko padać, ale piękne widoki rekompensują wszystko. Niesamowicie wygląda ten staw a dookoła góry i wszędobylska zieleń. Nie brałem profesjonalnego aparatu, zdjęcia robiłem telefonem. Przez lekki deszcz, woda w Małym Stawie robi piękne lustro, fotografie wyglądają pięknie (jak bym ustawił w aparacie długi czas ekspozycji dla uchwycenia tego efektu wody). Ale zdjęcia robiłem z ręki, telefonem.
Then I head higher and higher, quite quickly I reach Hotel Strzecha Akademicka. There is an observation deck. A short stop and I'm on my way. The views will be equally interesting, now you can see this large open space better and better from above.
Następnie kieruję się coraz wyżej, dość szybko docieram pod Hotel Strzecha Akademicka. Jest tam taras widokowy. Krótki przystanek i zmierzam dalej. Widoki będą równie ciekawe, teraz coraz lepiej widać tę dużą otwartą przestrzeń z góry.
I would also call this area a small microclimate. Open space, plain and full of clumps of low-growing shrubs and smaller trees. Here it is not so green anymore, but there is a lot of greenery, you can also see dried grass.
Ten obszar również nazwałbym małym mikroklimatem. Otwarta przestrzeń, równina i pełno kęp nisko rosnących krzewów oraz mniejszych drzew. Tutaj nie jest już tak bardzo zielono, ale zieleni jest sporo, widać też wysuszoną trawę.
This is the end of this journey, we reach a fork in the road. Next, I head towards Dom Śląski (distance 1.6 km) and reach the top of Mount Śnieżka. You can see this report, I published it a week ago here.
I highly recommend visiting the Karkonosze National Park.
Someday I will definitely come back here!
To już koniec tej wędrówki, docieramy do rozwidlenia dróg. Dalej zmierzam w kierunku Domu Śląskiego (dystans 1,6 km) i zdobywam szczyt góry Śnieżki. Możecie zobaczyć tę relację, publikowałem ją tydzień temu tutaj.
Bardzo polecam odwiedzić Karkonoski Park Narodowy.
Kiedyś na pewno jeszcze tutaj wrócę!
