Have you ever been to the beach?
What do you feel when you are on the beach?
Fun is'n it?
It's the same as what I felt when I set my foot on this beautiful beach. Gili Labak Beach, a beach in East Java. The beach, which is known for its diverse marine life and stretching white sand, makes this beach look very special.
Apakah kalian pernah ke pantai?
Apa yang kalian rasakan saat berada di pantai?
Menyenangkan bukan?
Sama halnya yang aku rasakan saat menginjakkan kakiku di pantai indah ini. Pantai Gili Labak, pantai yang berada di Timur Jawa. Pantai yang di kenal dengan biota laut yang beragam dan pasir putih yang terbentang luas membuat pantai ini terlihat sangat istimewa.
It was 2017, I decided to travel because I was bored with my daily activities. At that time I joined a travel agency in Jakarta. Long story short, I've gathered with other participants to be absent and start the journey.
Saat itu tahun 2017, aku memutuskan untuk berwisata karena jenuh dengan aktivitas harianku. Saat itu aku tergabung dengan salah satu agen wisata di Jakarta. Singkat cerita aku sudah berkumpul dengan peserta yang lain untuk absen dan memulai perjalanan.
The trip was quite far so we took the train to Pasar Turi station, Surabaya. We left at 2 in the afternoon and arrived in Surabaya at 2 in the morning, the 12 hour journey was not felt because we chose to sleep after chatting for a while. When we got there we rented a car to go to the inn, nor did we stop by a mosque to carry out the morning prayers.
Perjalanan cukup jauh jadi kami menggunakan kereta menuju kestasiun Pasar Turi, Surabaya. Kami pergi pukul 2 siang dan sampai Surabaya jam 2 dini hari, perjalanan 12 jam tidak terasa karena kami memilih untuk tidur setelah bercengkrama beberapa saat. Sampai disana kami menyewa mobil untuk menuju penginapan, tidak pula kami mampir kesebuah masjid untuk melaksanakan shalat subuh.
Arriving at the inn, we tidied up our equipment and rested, packed some clothes for our next trip.
Setibanya di penginapan kami merapikan perlengkapan kami dan beristirahat, mengemas beberapa pakaian untuk keperluan wisata berikutnya.
The morning arrived, I and some of my friends got ready to go to the beach. Because this is right for batik day, so we decided to wear batik clothes during the trip.
Pagipun tiba, aku dan beberapa temanku bersiap untuk pergi menuju pantai. Karena saat ini tepat hari batik jadi kami memutuskan menggunakan baju batik selama perjalanan.
There is only one way to reach the beach, namely by boat, we also rent a boat to get to the beach. On the way some of us got seasick and so did I. #LOL
Perjalanan menuju pantai hanya ada satu cara yaitu dengan menggunakan perahu, kami pun menyewa perahu untuk bisa menuju ke pantai. Dalam perjalanan beberapa dari kami mengalami mabuk laut begitu juga denganku. #LOL
Approximately 2 hours of our trip we arrived at the beach. When we weren't we were greeted by friendly residents, and it was confirmed that they could only speak Madura.
Kurang lebih selama 2 jam perjalanan kami pun sampai di pantai tersebut. Saat kami tida kami disambut oleh para warga yang ramah, dan dipastikan mereka hanya bisa berbahasa madura.
We also go around and play on the beach which has an area of 5 hectares. This beach with beautiful white sand makes you relax and comfortable. As we know that this beach has a variety of marine life, so we decided to snorkel, see the underwater world. After it was evening, we decided to go home.
Kamipun berkeliling dan bermain di pantai yang memiliki luas 5 hektar. Pantai dengan pasir putih yang indah ini membuat kalian santai dan nyaman. Seperti yang kita ketahui bahwa pantai ini memiliki biota laut yang beragam, jadi kami memutuskan untuk snorkeling, melihat alam bawah laut. Setelah waktu menunjukkan sore hari, kami pun memutuskan pulang.
I don't have much to say, because you only need to feel and keep these memories in your life forever.
Tidak banyak yang bisa aku ceritakan, karena kalian hanya perlu merasakan dan menyimpan kenangan ini dalam hidup selamanya.
