All of us have already known the importance of vegetable and plants in each meal. In my short journey in Da Lat, most of the time I have spent to find out the good restaurant, the delicious meals which taste the traditional flavor of Da Lat.
On the second day of my journey, instead of going to the coffee shop or wandering somewhere, I and my friend decide to look for some great destinations to explore the charms of this land. And one of it is a farm of a young couple who left the city and moved to the suburb area.
Welcoming us into their home by none other than the lovely dogs of that couple. They were raised and taken care of since birth. They run after us in each step and try to bite our shoes and clothing, it seems like they ask us to play around with them.
We do not want to disturb the young couple cause it is still the early morning, we just only ask their permission to visit the garden by themselves before going into their home and taking a cup of hot tea. The first thing hitting me between the eyes is the wooden trays which are filled up of fresh vegetable, include potatoes, green beans and cabbages. This amount of vegetable is harvested in the early morning, I guess.
The backyard has a lot of things attracting me. They plants many different types of trees and vegetables such as pepino melon, hibiscus, atiso, strawberry and flowers. I have never had a chance to taste Pepino melon since I knew about this species 2 years ago. The purple skin of fruit make an impression on my eyes.

They also grow Rose and other flowers too. Looking at the dew on the fragile petals of white Roses, I think about a bunch of elegant flower that my special one gave me last night. She said the white color of each petal supposedly represents me, a purified and pure girl.
They also set up and décor a beautiful corner to balance calm. By putting a chair and sitting on that place, my thought can suddenly stop in peace and stillness. It looks like a picture in the fairy stories.
The cute dog takes us go into inside their home. She tells us be comfortable like staying at our home. Starting by having a sip of hot tea, we love to sit in a wooden chair, play with cat and dog and read some words to share from the previous guests.
She is talking with us while doing the housework, she shares with us the reason why she left city and settle down here, why she love to décor the interior by wood and brick, why 2 dogs and cat are always happy and naughty like that, and so on. I love that moment, a lot!
Travelling a lot brings to me the new doors of sympathy via the stories in their life and to make friends with each other. Sometimes, life may cause a lot of troubles to us in our journey, travelling would be a precious things get us to the balance as well as recharge new energy for us to face with problem easily. Live and travel, why not?
