Ok, I understand. Well, curation can only take place when pinning to the map as well, because the curation tool filters all the new pinned posts from the map. This is one reason why it is a fixed rule. We also explain how to do better posts. Great to hear that there are other communities taking so much effort in getting in touch with the members and helping them get better 👍
We do explain the rules multiple times when they are broken and get in touch with the user before muting. But sometimes we have hardcore abusers or people that won't just follow the rules, don´t even react to our comments etc. - there we decided as a team that we mute them from the community. As we like you very much, I just wanted to let you know real quick. It wasn´t meant as a threat, more like info to have on the radar 😘 sorry if you took it badly.
