🥇 Hiking up a Mountain (using a car) - my first experience in a tropical forest TIJUCA FOREST - Pedra Bonita: a Giant Face on the Side of a Cliff With a Crazy View! by @web-gnar
My new friend @alexandrefeliz picked @vaipraonde and I up one morning to show us the Tijuca Forest. Feliz is a hiking tour guide, a freestyle skateboarder, and was the number one ranked player on planet earth in Tony Hawk's Underground on ps2 in 2005. We hopped in his jeep and headed into the Tijuca Forest. The plan for today was to use the car to get most of the way up the mountain, stopping at sites along the way. He stopped on the side of the road and told us to get out and follow this trail to a big tree. The smell of the forest was lush, reminding me of what I was able to smell in the airport of Rio when I first landed.

🥈 "Un vistazo a las cataratas de Hueque"// "A glimpse of Hueque Falls" by @cajiro
There are moments in life in which we strive to plan and make the best arrangements in order to enjoy an excellent vacation adventure, and that is as necessary as it is important in order to get the most out of such experiences. But there are also those trips or plans that, just like that, come out of nowhere, and in a fleeting way you find yourself putting in a small bag the little and necessary to leave without even time to reconsider or reconsider other options. This is a small analysis of what preceded an unexpected invitation from some family and friends, who planned a visit to the city of Coro, Falcon State, in order to visit a small town called "Pueblo Nuevo de la Sierra", where there is also a wonderful paradise hidden among the mountains called "Las Cataratas de Hueque" (Hueque Waterfalls). To be honest, this place was a surprise for all of us since it was the first time we visited this place, and although we knew about the existence of some rivers and streams, the least we thought was to find a place with several waterfalls.

🥉 Mediterranean Cruise: Portimao, The Algarve Sea Caves 🇵🇹(14) by @zo3d
We did a quick search of what to do in Portimao and the resounding feedback was to visit the Sea Caves by boat. We knew that the Algarve would be beautiful, but what we were greeted with was astounding! The beaches are definitely aimed at tourists which ironically isn't what we were looking for. We are lucky enough to live in a coastal town and look for more unique and exciting things to do on our holidays. We got a tender to shore and made our way to the harbour where the boat tours desks were lined up one after the other. The first trips were already fully booked so we needed to wait about 45 minutes for the boats to return for the next trip out to the sea caves.
