🥇 Summer ascent of Tower Ridge to the top of Ben Nevis by @actaylor

Tower Ridge is a sweeping 600-metre spine of rock that cuts down the mountain’s north face from just below the summit plateau. It is Ben Nevis’s most iconic line - long, exposed, and absolutely spectacular. It is a route that commands respect in any season. Dark, glean, and the most rewarding climb I’ve ever completed.

Last weekend, we headed to a bay where birdsong circled around two black rocks jutting into the sea, and wind-driven waves played a trick on the rocks. This unspoiled, tucked away cove boasts stunning views. We organized a trip to this area, called Teke Bay, with our nature-loving friends. We set out from Antalya city center at 8:30 a.m. with our nature-loving friends to visit Teke Bay. Teke Bay is located in the town of Tekirova, part of Antalya's Kemer district. It took us about 40 minutes to reach Tekirova on our Antalya-Kemer route. After parking our cars in Tekirova, we had to walk about 5 km to reach the bay. We began our 5 km walk along the wide, dirt-and-stone road. We continued along the up-and-down trail, mostly through pine trees, accompanied by the sounds of birdsong and crickets.
