La educación es el pilar de la sociedad, los cimientos para que la interacción de los hombres sea adecuada y puedan tener sana convivencia y que pueda perdurar. Una sociedad con una excelente educación es sinonimo de crecimiento, de mayor bienestar. En donde disminuye drásticamente la ignorancia y se genera la autocrítica. Como resultado, no permiten que en su gobierno se instaure demagogos o cualquiera que a través de la palabra manipule a una población, y mucho menos que se implante en el cargo por períodos indeterminados. El maestro no sólo enseña, también es un segundo padre porque se debe convivir con él en un aproximado de 5-8 horas de lunes a viernes, puede que se pase más en convivencia con él que con los propios padres. Además de segundo padre, debe de ser psicólogo porque se percata del comportamiento de cada uno de sus alumnos y cuando ve un cambio repentino en alguno de ellos y busca indagar la razón de por qué sucedió, aborda al niño y a los padres, para solventar eso. El caracter del maestro forjara el carácter de sus estudiantes, y si fue un gran profesor, sus estudiantes se lo agradeceran (lo digo porque me paso con mi maestra de 1er grado).

Por otra parte, considero que los profesores de secundaria tienen el mayor reto de todos, porque tienen que tratar con jovenes en pleno proceso de la pubertad y donde tienen las hormonas al maximo. Tienen que tener carácter y paciencia, porque tienen que tratar con adolescentes desordenados, rebeldes, falra de respeto, y otras cosas que de verdad, saber como manejar eso es digno de admiración.
