Hello friends of ¡@Hive! In this opportunity I share with you the challenge that corresponds to day 12: "3 Healthy Habits.".
Los hábitos saludables los he aprendido a incorporar poco a poco en mi vida ya que me hacen sentir mejor activa, mejor conmigo misma y más saludable. Ya que mi primer habito lo realizo a primera horas del día.
I have learned to incorporate healthy habits into my life little by little because they make me feel more active, better about myself and healthier. Since my first habit I do early in the day.
Mi primer hábito saludable corresponde a : me despierto a las 6:30 de la mañana luego de hacerme mi respectivo aseo personal, me visto deportiva y salgo a caminar y a trotar durante 1 hora todos los día en un terreno que está al lado de mi casa.
My first healthy habit is: I wake up at 6:30 a.m. after taking my personal hygiene, I dress sporty and go for a walk and jogging for 1 hour every day in a field next to my house .
Otro habito que he ido trabajando es: tomar abundante agua durante el día.
Another habit I have been working on is: drink plenty of water during the day.
Otro habito saludables que yo realizo es : domir 2 hora después de almorzar ya que me permite descansar de las actividades que realice en la mañana he incorporarme en las que realizo en las tardes mas descansada .
Another healthy habit that I do is: to sleep 2 hours after lunch because it allows me to rest from the activities I do in the morning and to join in the activities I do in the afternoon more rested.
