¡Saludos querida comunidad de #Hive! espero se encuentren muy bien, el día de hoy continuando con este reto les cuento un poco acerca de mis diez comidas favoritas cosa que no es muy difícil para mi por que me la paso comiendo jejeje, me parece muy interesante que sea el día 10 y que sean 10 comidas, es como una coincidencia muy curiosa, espero les guste y no me odien si les da hambre jejeje.

Arepa
Como buen venezolano les hablaré sobre ésta maravilla que es la arepa la cual es nativa de mi país #Venezuela y digo que es una maravilla no por su sabor sino por la versatilidad que tiene para acompañarla, se le puede agregar muchos rellenos como aguacate, carne molida, huevo revuelto,etc.
As a good Venezuelan I will tell you about this wonder that is the arepa which is native to my country #Venezuela and I say that it is a wonder not because of its flavor but because of the versatility it has to accompany it, you can add many fillings such as avocado, meat ground, scrambled egg, etc,
Pizza
La verdad es que amo demasiado la pizza, pero pocas veces la coma por falta de ingredientes para hacerla en casa (mi mamá la hace) y también para salir y comprar una. Una de las cosas que me gusta dela pizza es el sabor intenso a queso y la salsa de tomate que tiene, recuerdo que mi mamá hacía mucho pizza para las festividades y para las reuniones de navidad y le echaba hasta maíz y quedaba muy sabroso. Creo que a todos nos gusta la pizza de alguna u otra forma.
The truth is that I love pizza too much, but I rarely eat it for lack of ingredients to make it at home (my mom makes it) and also to go out and buy one. One of the things I like about pizza is the intense flavor of cheese and tomato sauce that it has, I remember that my mother made a lot of pizza for the holidays and for Christmas gatherings and she even added corn and it was very tasty. I think we all like pizza in one way or another.
Ensalada de frutas | fruit salad
La ensalada de frutas es algo que disfruto mucho aunque no suelo comerla mucho debido a la falta de frutas, en Venezuela últimamente las frutas han estado algo caras pero el hacer éste tipo de cosas me hace muy feliz, me hace recordar a la tizana pero un poco más natural sin esencia ni colorantes. Es una buena opción para una merienda, una antojo o simplemente comerlo en nuestra dieta para mejorar la salud.
Fruit salad is something that I enjoy a lot although I don't usually eat it a lot due to the lack of fruits, in Venezuela lately fruits have been somewhat expensive but doing this kind of thing makes me very happy, it reminds me of tizana but a little more natural without essence or colorants. It is a good option for a snack, a craving or simply to eat it in our diet to improve health.
Pasta con carne molida | Pasta with ground beef
Amo demasiado la pasta, en mi casa mi papá, mi hermano y yo somos de comer más pasta que arroz, creo que es una costumbre por parte de mi familia paterna los de apellido "Ramos" y más si se trata de pasta con carne molida. Me gusta mucho su sabor salado y combinado con la salsa de tomate y el queso queda demasiado sabroso.
I love pasta too much, at home my dad, my brother and I eat more pasta than rice, I think it is a custom on the part of my paternal family, those with the last name "Ramos" and more so if it is pasta with ground meat . I really like its salty flavor and combined with the tomato sauce and the cheese it is too tasty.
Pollo Frito | Fried chicken
Desde que tengo uso de razón el pollo en sus varias presentaciones me ha gustado excepto crudo obviamente jejeje pero el pollo frito es algo único, la desventaja es que engorda a la gente pero me encanta mucho su sabor, es algo que solemos comer bastante en casa pero con la otra desventaja de que nos consume muy rápido el aceite.
Since I can remember chicken in its various presentations I have liked it except raw obviously hehehe but fried chicken is something unique, the disadvantage is that it makes people fat but I love its flavor, it is something that we usually eat a lot at home but with the other disadvantage that we consume oil very quickly.
Cachapa
Ésta comida es también típica de mi país venezuela, está hecho con maíz y es una verdadera delicia, hay varias personas que no les gusta pero yo tengo un gusto por las cachapas con bastante queso. Tengo familia en los estados del Llano como Apure y cuando hay temporadas de cachapas y voy paa allá uno se come varias de éstas aunque allá son algo exagerados y las hacen grandísimas jejeje.
This food is also typical of my country, Venezuela, it is made with corn and it is a true delight, there are several people who do not like it but I have a taste for cachapas with a lot of cheese. I have family in the states of Llano like Apure and when there are seasons of cachapas and I go there one eats several of these although there they are somewhat exaggerated and they make them very great hehehe.
Chocolate
El dulce chocolate, algo que es indispensable para nosotros aquí en casa jejeje, mi mamá le gusta hacer tortas para vender y para los cumpleaños así que solemos comer chocolate bastante frecuente, me hace recordar a @beatriche con sus fotos torturadoras en las redes sociales donde me recuerda lo sabroso y divino que es ésta delicia llamada Chocolate.
Sweet chocolate, something that is essential for us here at home hehehe, my mom likes to make cakes to sell and for birthdays so we usually eat chocolate quite frequently, it reminds me of @beatriche with his torture photos on social networks where It reminds me of how tasty and divine this delicacy called Chocolate is.

Como les comentara mi mamá le gusta estar en la cocina en lo que es pastelería y un poco de repostería y siempre he vivido en ese entorno comiendo torta y demas dulce, la foto que ven es la torta que mi mamá hizo forrada con fondant que es como una capa de azúcar para lo que fue mi cumpleaños número 20.

Quesillo
Para los que se lo pregunten ésto no tiene nada que ver con queso jejeje es un postre que lo voy a incluir por que lo he comido durante toda mi vida y es riquísimo, lastimosamente por motivos económicos no he podido comer más de éste delicioso postre por que sus ingredientes son algo costosos como la leche, el azúcar y demás. Recuerdo que mi mamá siempre hacía uno para acompañarlo con la torta en los cumpleaños.
For those who ask, this has nothing to do with cheese, hehehe, it is a dessert that I am going to include because I have eaten it all my life and it is delicious, unfortunately for economic reasons I have not been able to eat more of this delicious dessert because of that its ingredients are somewhat expensive like milk, sugar and others. I remember that my mom always made one to accompany him with cake on birthdays.
Panquecas | Pancakes
Y por último les quiero comentar sobre lo que son las panquecas, están hechas con harina de trigo y saben muy sabrosas, cuando era niño mi papá solía hacer panquecas para desayunar con una mezcla con espinacas y quedaban muy buenas y son muy nutritivas ya que la espinaca aporta Hierro al organismo, también se puede hacer la mezcla con zanahoria o con cambur. Se le puede untar mantequilla y queso aunque algunas personas le añaden miel (yo cuando hay) pero eso es a criterio de cada quién.
And finally I want to tell you about what pancakes are, they are made with wheat flour and they taste very tasty, when I was a child my dad used to make pancakes for breakfast with a mixture with spinach and they were very good and they are very nutritious since the Spinach provides iron to the body, you can also make the mixture with carrots or bananas. It can be spread with butter and cheese, although some people add honey (I do when there is) but that is at the discretion of each person.
Éste reto lo estoy haciendo en días alternados, no llevo una secuencia seguida o exacta pero aún así me alegra mucho compartir un poco de mi vida con ustedes.
