Existen personas que hablan mucho sobre lo que van a hacer, de lo que quieren o emiten opiniones, y luego todo lo que dicen no lo llevan a la práctica, es decir, no existe coherencia entre lo que dicen y lo que hacen. Particularmente pienso que esas personas son hipócritas y muchas veces llegan a ser perversas, por tanto, prefiero mantenerlas alejada, para evitarme disgustos incluso decepciones. Por tal razón, dicha frase es mi favorita y siempre la tengo presente y trato de ponerla en práctica, es decir de poner mayor atención en las acciones de las personas que en sus palabras, ya que, eso es lo que determina "la clase " de persona que eres, y así saber a que atenerme.
There are already people who talk a lot about what they are going to do, what they want or give opinions, and then everything they say is not put into practice, that is, there is no coherence between what they say and what they do. I particularly think that these people are hypocrites and many times they become perverse, therefore, I prefer to keep them away, to avoid displeasure and even disappointments. For this reason, this phrase is my favorite and I always keep it in mind and I try to put it into practice, that is, to pay more attention to people's actions than to their words, since that is what determines "the class" of a person that you are, and thus know what to expect.

No siempre es fácil predecir o comprender las acciones de otras personas, ya que el cariño, el amor o la empatía que llegamos a sentir por ellas nos siega, sin embargo existen personas que son mejores en percibir las acciones de otra, y por tanto precisar que tan coherente es, a esas personas de verdad que las admiro.
Saber comprender las acciones se reduce a saber observar y escuchar, entender a los demás ayuda a predecir lo que otra gente puede sentir en una situación específica, pero también nos ayuda a entender la manera en la que la gente reacciona. Sin duda alguna saber comprender lo que otros sientan, la manera en la que reacciona y actúan, nos ayudara a establecer mejores relaciones.
It is not always easy to predict or understand the actions of other people, since the affection, love or empathy that we come to feel for them blinds us, however there are people who are better at perceive the actions of another, and therefore specify how coherent it is, to those people I really admire. Knowing how to understand actions is reduced to knowing how to observe and listen, understanding others helps to predict what other people may feel in a specific situation, but it also helps us understand the way in which people react. Without a doubt, knowing how to understand what others feel, the way they react and act, will help us to establish better relationships.
