The Newbie Initiative program , January Batch, is coming to an end and Starstrings01, its promoter, leader and guide along with his team in this journey, has assigned us the task of writing a post where we answer some questions.
The first aspect is that we make a comparison between our initial objectives and what we have achieved so far, when I got the delegation my hive power was only 7 hp, I had 9 followers at that time, I did not contribute many comments, I did not know the tool to calculate my voting power.
Today my hive power is 116 hp, I surpassed the given delegation and currently I have 34 followers, I always use the hive blocks tool to keep updated about my account, my reputation is 57, it has risen which indicates that I am gaining acceptance among users, my goal is to raise it even more and reach 70, I am currently aware of making comments when I visit a blog and of course vote.
Thanks to this initiative I learned to use the discord, I did not handle it much, I understood that it is a fabulous tool to interact with others, I love Smile's because they use a translator bot which allows a better communication.In Discord Smile, in the newbies channel you can place your posts, read those of other newbies and leave your mark, through the vote, comment, smiley face or any symbol present.
I learned that this is a chain that must continue not only for Starstrings01 but also for us,those who have received the support and I learned it from @soyalex when he delegated me 10 hive so I could post during the week I started,directing me to the Newbies Initiative.
I discovered that there are users interested in supporting others on the platform as @stastrinngs01 (delegation 50 hive) and @aliento who I can not fail to mention in this publication because I have received their support by delegating me 35 hive and be aware of my publications.I learned to use twitter more, the contests ask you to put in twitter your posts, it's great I can keep updated by following the Hive account and some hivers.
This initiative has generated me many benefits, I think they are evident in the progress made, maybe it could have been more, but taking into account my difficulty to access the internet service and my other occupations I think it has been great for me, I have gained new virtual friends, Hive is a very current platform, with its own style, there are many contests and that is very helpful for a novice.
I must mention Blogging Challenge and its challenges that are great, as they help, inspire to write, @tripode how not to mention her in this post, she is part of the team, she is a phenomenal user, always ready to help, she is I think the presentation of Smile, no doubt, always with a smiling face, thank you my pretty for all your help in this journey.
Why should new users join this Starstrings01 Newbie initiative?
If you have reached this point, I think the answer is obvious, it is a beautiful experience, you will have the constant support of Starstrings01 and all his team, you will learn a lot, and you will want to stay with her forever haha, but you will understand as I do that it is important that we can all grow and follow this chain of support.

La Iniciativa de Apoyo a Novatos ,Lote de Enero,está llegando a su final por lo cual Starstrings01 su promotor,líder y guía junto a su equipo en este transitar,nos ha asignado la tarea de escribir un post donde demos respuesta a algunas interrogantes.
El aspecto nro 1 trata de que realicemos una comparación entre nuestros objetivos iniciales y lo que hemos alcanzado hasta ahora, cuando obtuve la delegación mi poder de colmena era de apenas 7 hp,tenía 9 seguidores para ese momento,no aportaba muchos comentarios, no conocía la herramienta para calcular mi poder de voto.
En el día de hoy mi poder de colmena se ubica en 116 hp ,superé a la delegación dada y actualmente tengo 34 seguidores,siempre utilizo la herramienta hive blocks para mantenerme actualizada en cuanto a mi cuenta.Mi reputación es de 57,ha subido lo que me indica que voy ganando aceptación entre los usuarios,mi meta es subirla aun mas y llegar a 70.Actualmente estoy al pendiente de realizar comentarios cuando visito un blog y por supuesto votar.
Gracias a esta iniciativa aprendí a utilizar el discord,no lo manejaba mucho,entendí que es una herramienta fabulosa para interactuar con los demás,me encanta el de Smile porque utilizan un bot traductor el cual permite una mejor comunicación.En Discord Smile,en el canal de newbies puedes colocar tus posts,leer los de otros novatos y dejar tu huella,a través del voto,comentario,carita sonriente o cualquier símbolo presente.
Aprendí que esta es una cadena que debe continuar no sólo por Starstrings01 sino también por nosotros,los que hemos recibido el apoyo y lo aprendí de @soyalex cuando al iniciar me delegó 10 hive para que pudiera publicar durante la semana que inicié,direccionándome hasta la Iniciativa de Novatos.
Descubrí que hay usuarios interesados en apoyar a otros en la plataforma como @stastrinngs01 (delegación 50 hive) y @aliento a quienes no puedo dejar de mencionar en esta publicación porque he recibido su apoyo al delegar 35 hive y estar pendientes de mis publicaciones.Aprendí a usar mas el twitter,los concursos te solicitan colocar en el twiter tus posts, es genial puedo mantenerme actualizada al seguir a la cuenta de Hive y a algunos hivers.
Esta iniciativa me ha generado muchos beneficios ,creo se hacen evidentes en los avances obtenidos,tal vez pudo ser mas,pero tomando en cuenta mi dificultad para acceder al servicio de internet y mis otras ocupaciones pienso que ha sido fabulosa para mi.He ganado nuevos amigos virtuales,Hive es una plataforma muy actual,con su estilo propio,abundan mucho los concursos y eso es de mucha ayuda para un novato.
Debo mencionar a Blogging Challenge y sus desafíos que son geniales,ya que ayudan ,inspiran a escribir,@tripode como dejar de nombrarla en este post,forma parte del equipo,es una usuaria fenomenal,siempre dispuesta a ayudar,ella es creo la presentación de Smile,sin dudas,siempre con una carita sonriente,gracias mi linda por toda tu ayuda en este transitar.
¿Porqué los nuevos usuarios deben unirse a esta iniciativa de Novatos de Starstrings01?
Si llegó a este punto,creo la respuesta es evidente,es una experiencia hermosa,va a contar con el apoyo constante de Starstrings01 y de todo su equipo.Va a aprender mucho, y va a querer quedarse con ella por siempre jaja,pero entenderá como lo hago yo que es importante que todos podamos crecer y seguir esta cadena de apoyo.
