There are multiple varieties of delicacy in different parts of the world here in Africa Nigeria to be precise we have a different type of food that is prepared by different cultures and people I guess I can not be exhausted if I'm to list them all.
My usual diet might intrigue lots of people when asked by my friend whats my favorite food they are always amazed why I say "Beans"
Although preparing beans could be very time-consuming as it takes approximately 2 to 3 hours to be properly ready for eating.
it's very easy to prepare as there is no need for specialty.
preparing beans can go in line with all kinds of food it can be eaten with rice, spaghetti, bread, plantain, and pap.
The flexibility of combining my usual diet with any kind of food make it very easy for me to combine and prepare it daily.
Although the average price of beans is considered a bit low in the market which has made it my presence diet interesting my usual diet is rich in protein since most diets consumed here are rich in carbohydrates these have been the reason why I've choose beans as my usual diet.
Ingredients need for preparing my usual diet are as follows. a measured quantity of beans, water, pepper fresh, palm oil, salt ans Maggi cubes.
First per boil the beans for at least one hour.
secondly, blend the fresh pepper.
wash the per boil beans
then pour the red oil and allow for 2 minutes before putting the blended pepper with the mixed quantity of water then add salt and cubes finally put the per boiled beans in the mixed ingredients water allow for an additional one hour or 30 minutes.
food is ready.
