First I shall be talking about is;
1. Eating an healthy meal: Meals are known to be a prerequisite for healthy living. Taking healthy meal give no room for virus in the body nd drive the antigens in the body to rise against the unhealthy things in the body..

2. Breakfast: Breakfast is very important to every human in the whole wide world.. Breakfast is a meal taken in the Morning and it's is widely known that without taking breakfast you tend not to be able to do the daily chores.

3. Planing your meal: planning meal is so efficient because it helps you save time and helps you in decision making.
Planning your meal makes you in control. you easily decide on what to do at the right time.

4. Taking enough water:Taking enough water can do so many good things for you. Staying hydrated is makes you dry and weak. but also helps in loosing much weight. More reason to take H2O is that,it helps you clean some unnecessary and excess sugar content from the body. In a situation where you detest taking water alone, a little of flavour can be added or by taking orange, lemon, lime, watermelon, or cucumber. It safes a lot from dehydration and excess sugar.

5. Going for an exercise:Exercise is a topmost thingto do to retain you energy and healthy life. Doing exercises saves life million time from health related issues.

6. Having a good sleep: sleeping also improve you standard of living and can make ones life extended. A good sleep awakens you and make you ready for the next action of the day...
