Make a list which describe how a person behaves with good manners in your culture?

I kinda want to make a disclaimer here. I am not that well-mannered myself xD It also depends on who I am with and where I am.
I am quite well-mannered when I am at peoples place with their parents.

1. I think not burping in Public is considered well-mannered, not that I follow that xD
2. I would say being polite, but thats also a bit of being well-behaved.
3. Eat proper
4. Improper jokes in Public, I think is the norm. I don't follow that either xD

I see myself well-mannered and well-behaved if it makes a different. I am all for fun and doing whatever the fuck you want, as long as it doesn't hurt anyone else. So Burping and making really improper jokes in Public isn't something that can hurt others as far as I can tell.
So making Hitler jokes in Public with my friends, is quite normal xD
