I think you are from India. I can understand how annoying it feels when parents invade your privacy. Coming to the single child room is one thing. The irony is, in sub continent mothers come into a married couple's room without any alert. Then they look down upon the couple as if they were involved in a forbidden sin. Irritating huuuh!

By the way, I just imagined the description of crockery spread in your room. And I realized it would be enough to make me angry as a mother 🤣
