Good evening friends. How has the weekend been? For me, it has been from one engagement to the other. And now I came home to relax after a whole day of stress, to prepare for work tomorrow. After a cold shower, I sunk into the cushion in my living room to watch the cable news to see what is happening around the world, then came the adverts.
The first advert was for a popular beverage drink. A beautiful setting. A guy demanded a drink from a tender who asked the guy what flavour he would like. It was like the guy got in a fix of choice. Then, the lady began to tutor him on the need to buy one drink or the other, according to their tastes. One thing is noted in the explanation the lady gave, the importance of taking the drink and the quality of nutrients the drink will add to the body system.
When the advert was going on, I saw that the kids were enjoying the beats and singing that accompany the voice that goes with it.
The second advert slid in. This time, it is for evaporated milk. In the advert, a little boy was trying out a dance skill but could not perfect it. He tried several times but failed. Perhaps he does not have enough stamina to perfect the moves. His act only improved when he started to take this particular milk.
From the window, his mother could catch a glimpse of him dancing unstoppable. He has improved since he started taking this milk after meals. It was crystal clear that the milk was rich in vitality for strong bones and stamina. I think such adverts are straightforward to pass across the information that is needed to attract customers to the brand.
But…..
One advert that I have never seen is that of an alcohol company, making an advert with drunkards. The question I have for alcohol companies is that, Are they not proud of their customers? 😂😂😂
For banks, it is simple and expe ted that they would inform the teeming customers what they are all about.
For toothpaste companies, the same goes for them. They ensure that they use customers and show dentition to those who care to view the advert that their tooth can be crystal white if they apply their brand of toothpaste.
Seriously, I can not wait to see alcohol companies capture the site of drunkards who misbehave after taking their brands and use it for adverts. It will make an interesting site, or what do you think?
