Hello beautiful friends, it been a while I posted here, this was not intentional but due to some responsibilities that came on me as I am the eldest of my siblings. My parents (Dad and Mum) has been down in health for a while and it has not really been easy to combine talking care of them as the eldest and as well attaining to my own family but in all these I give God thanks 🙏 for the privilege to be alive to witness the coming to an end year 2023.
Yes we live in a society where divorce has become the order of the day, couple who just got married divorcing their spouse hours, days, weeks, months after also those in marriages for twenty years and above divorcing each other after all the years spent together. I personally took out time to analyze what really could make divorce rampant and from my analyze I realized that a very simple but yet expensive trait is what most marriages are lacking. TRUST, yes trust is lacking in most homes that leads to couple not believing in each other thereby giving room to insecurity in marriages.
My husband shared a story with me some days ago that got me laughing uncontrollably, he narrated how he had to salvage a friend 's marriage some years ago when we were not both married . He said on that faithful day his friends wife called crying and threatening to live the marriage and he had to intervene. He quickly rushed to his friends place according to him to find out what could lead to such decision by the woman on getting there he mate his friend and asked what happened but the wife quickly replied " your friends has been cheating and fooling me, he stored the lady 's name as carpenter 1 so that I wouldn't suspect and most times this person would call and I will take his phone to him thinking is a carpenter that works with him on the building sites he is handling
And so today he forgot his phone and was not aware that he left his phone and the same carpenter 1 called and because he was not around and I had to pick to tell the carpenter that he should call back later because he forgot his phone only to hear a lady's voice saying Hello baby I am waiting for you at the usual place".Chai the woman felt fooled all this while and decided to confront her husband when he returned and boom the secret of carpenter 1 was being revealed that it was a carpenter in form of a side chic and not the carpenter we know hahahahaha🤣
Let try our best to always maintain trust in whatever we do especially when it involves partnering with others.
Many marriages today fail because of infidelity and lack of trust. If marriages could be only about the two couples and no outside party involving in their affairs, things would be fine and there wouldn't be any sort of divorce or issues.
