Ja es ist interessant dass vor allem die Gurke meist nur als Salat Gemüse gesehen wird! Ich habe vor kurzem auch schon mal ein Schmorgurke Rezept eingestellt, sie ist doch sehr vielfältiger als mein meinen möchte.
