During the Crusades, Nasrudin was captured and subjected to forced labor in a trench near the Citadel of Aleppo. The forced labor was so tiring that the Mullah often complained. One day, a merchant who knew him passed by on the street where he worked, and then redeemed the Mullah with thirty pieces of silver. Nasrudin was taken home by the merchant, and treated very well. The merchant, also gave his daughter to the Mullah to be married.

Now, Nasrudin's life is better. But it seems that the merchant's daughter likes to get angry. "You are a man," said the woman one day, "which my father bought for thirty pieces of silver. My father then gave you to me. "

"Yes," Nasrudin said, "Your father paid a ransom of thirty pieces of silver, then you did not get anything from me, and I myself had also actually lost the muscles I had gotten when I dug the trenches."
