Straight out of the pages of DC's 25th century superhero team, The Legion of Superheroes. Dawnstar's power is that she flies really fast. Yes, she has wings. Somehow those wings allow her to fly faster than a Green Lantern through space. Yep. She also has the tracking power, because she looks Native American I guess.
