I used to run Living Greyhawk games back in the day at a local game shop. They had a coffee shop inside it, but the only food they served was hot pockets. So I would usually have two a week there as part of my DM training regimen.

I think I remember my old DM's training regimen... I think I'd say it was 3 parts creativity, 4 parts acting skills, 5 parts player management (i.e. how to creatively reign in our destructive impulses), and 10 parts sitting on ass and eating junk food and drinking Mountain Dew (takes a lot of sugar & caffeine to fire up those creative neurons!). Not sure if that's the same as your regimen, but it seems to correlate well with other gaming groups I've seen... 😉
