Off the top of your head, who is more powerful? Obviously snakes live in the jungle, so fall under the jurisdiction of Sheena... but there are some snakes that do NOT live in the jungle, so those are all Asptha... Medusa is Greek, I don't think they have any jungles... so, who knows...
