One thing I've learned from action movies, is that electrocuting as a method of torture doesn't really hurt the hero and somehow makes them stronger. First Blood 2: Rambo, Lethal Weapon 1, Tango and Cash. Electrocuted, then in the next scene they are fine and kill a bunch of bad guys.
So Fantomah is probably fine. Well, except her hair is going to be a mess.
Also, if you watch the time lapse video and see the animation at the end, the Grok AI really went to town on Fantomah. I thought making Iron Maiden punch Moon Girl over and over in the boob was pretty harsh. But check out what Grok did to Fantomah. It's pretty horrifying.

Shocking! Again the animation is very clever. Torture is a horrible thing.

Of course it is. Well, except for Hollywood electrical torture which is more of a power-up designed to show off the protagonist's muscles. But this is weird green, lightning bolts... these are probably Madam Satan-patented "pain bolts."
If you can actually see electricity around people then they are probably cooked. Hollywood gives unrealistic expectations.
I have had a few shocks myself when messing with mains electrics, but I survived.
Oh, I know. Hollywood's main contribution to society is that people are no longer shocked by anything...

That montgae bit about electrocution made me laugh, like the hero just leveled up from a wall socket.
Poor Fantomah, the hair fix are gonna need its own budget line item and I can already feel the audit.
Your note about Grok going wild on her was chilling, the escalation felt cruel in a way that still fits the show logic :)
