It is not clear from your response that you are aware of having been on the "excluded" list when the Hive blockchain was formed. As a result, you did not receive a matching amount of HIVE. That is, whatever amount of STEEM you had in your STEEM wallet on March 20th, 14:00 UTC would have been "mirrored" in your HIVE wallet ...
