Nueva entrada para el RetoTop5, un reto que nos invita a compartir contenido original y creativo.
El tema de esta semana es de suma importancia, pues debemos seleccionar cinco valores. Como sabemos, los valores son los principios que nos caracterizan o nos definen como personas, son las bases sobre las cuales sostenemos nuestras individualidades y nos permiten convivir de manera armoniosa en la sociedad. En los tiempos que vivimos, necesario es cultivarlos en nuestras familias y promover en los niños actitudes positivas que les permitan la convivencia con las otras personas.

This week's topic is of utmost importance, as we must select five values. As we know, values are the principles that characterize or define us as people, they are the basis on which we sustain our individuality and allow us to live harmoniously in society. In the times we live in, it is necessary to cultivate them in our families and promote positive attitudes in children that allow them to coexist with other people.
1.- Gratitud
La gratitud es uno de los valores que hay que cultivar todos los días. Ser agradecidos trae abundancia en todos los sentidos de la vida.Cuando vivimos agradecidos y damos gracias a la vida, a las personas que nos rodean estamos correspondiendo en el sentimiento de reciprocidad y de afecto. Creo en el hecho de que cuando agradecemos no nos falta nada, todo es suficiente.
1.- Gratitude
Gratitude is one of the values that must be cultivated every day. Being grateful brings abundance in all senses of life, when we live in gratitude and give thanks to life, to the people around us, we are reciprocating in the feeling of reciprocity and affection. I believe in the fact that when we are grateful we lack nothing, everything is enough.

2.- Bondad
Cuando se cultiva este valor, se vive para hacer el bien, para comportarse siempre con una actitud empática hacia los demás. Ser bondadoso produce bienestar interior y muchas satisfacciones. Las personas buenas se reconocen por su actitud amable y siempre dispuesta a dejar una huella positiva en la vida de los demás.
2.- Kindness
When this value is cultivated, one lives to do good, to always behave with an empathetic attitude towards others. Being kind produces inner well-being and many satisfactions. Good people are recognized by their kind attitude and always ready to leave a positive mark in the lives of others.

3.- Solidaridad
Este es un gran valor entre los seres humanos, significa apoyar, tender la mano a quien lo necesita, siempre y cuando se haga desde el corazón y sin necesidad de promocionarlo. Debemos incentivar este valor en los niños, desde la casa, partiendo del ejemplo de los adultos. En los tiempos que vivimos este es uno de los valores que más debemos practicar. Ser solidarios entre nosotros nos ayudará a superar las vicisitudes que vivimos a diario porque unidos podemos salir adelante.
3.- Solidarity
This is a great value among human beings, it means to support, to extend a hand to those who need it, as long as it is done from the heart and without the need to promote it. We must encourage this value in children, from home, starting from the example of adults. In the times we live in, this is one of the values we should practice the most. Being in solidarity with each other will help us to overcome the vicissitudes that we live in every day because together we can get ahead.

4.- Tolerancia
Ser tolerantes es respetar, aceptar a nuestros congéneres con sus cualidades, con sus defectos. Respetar sus pensamientos u opiniones, aunque sean contrarias a las nuestras. No debemos juzgar ni criticar, ni discriminar a los demás por su color de piel o por sus creencias. Este es otro gran valor que debemos tener presente en el día a día.
4.- Tolerance
To be tolerant is to respect, to accept our fellow human beings with their qualities, with their defects. To respect their thoughts or opinions, even if they are contrary to ours. We should not judge or criticize, nor discriminate against others because of their skin color or beliefs. This is another great value that we must keep in mind on a daily basis.

5.- Honestidad
La honestidad es otro gran valor para la convivencia entre las personas, debemos actuar siempre bajo el principio de la verdad, la sinceridad y la coherencia entre lo que pensamos, lo que decimos y lo que hacemos.

Honesty is another great value for the coexistence between people, we must always act under the principle of truth, sincerity and coherence between what we think, what we say and what we do.
