Llegamos a nuestra bella semana #66, donde nuestro equipo de @laradio nos deja una palabra. Con esta hermosa iniciativa dejamos volar nuestra imaginación y creatividad para plasmar en este gran mar nuestros mas íntimos sentimientos.
Comencé por recordar ese mar que dibujaba de niña, ese azul de mis colores que se desgastaba rápido haciendo nubes, recordé el azul de nuestra bella bandera. Luego con mis ojos cerrado veía el amarillo en ese sol radiante que acompañaba mis grandes obras de arte, para mi lo eran. Con el tiempo aprendiendo a interpretar los dibujos entendí todas las veces que dibujaba un sol, una nube, esos colores que formaron y forman parte de mi vida.

With time learning to interpret the drawings I understood all the times I drew a sun, a cloud and those colors that were and are part of my life
El grupo de Acción Voluntaria de hospitales (AVH), son un grupo de mujeres, que trabajan haciendo servicio de voluntariado en los hospitales nuestro país Venezuela, es una Organización su fines de lucro, al servicio del paciente más necesitado, y viendo la necesidad que hay en nuestro país cada día, todos los pacientes terminan siendo necesitados.
A estas mujeres les llaman también Los Ángeles azules o Damas de azul. Ellas brindan el apoyo material y emocional a los distintos pacientes. Para el momento de ayudar no miran raza, ni religión, ni edad, ni estatus social, ni política. En los diferentes hospitales de nuestro país está distribuidas este gran número de mujeres, realizando actividades para llegar al paciente y para ayudarles.
Algunas realizan bingos, rifas, roperos, ventas de comidas, entre otras, para poder conseguir los medios financieros para ayudar a los pacientes en la compra de los medicamentos, insumos médicos, ropa.
Dan de lo mejor de sí, para cuidar la parte emocional y emocional de los pacientes, los ayudan con sonrisas, palabras de aliento, pasan por las habitaciones a saludarles y sobre todo a escucharles, el paciente necesita ser escuchado, sentirse importante, desahogarse, a veces los familiares los abruman, los ponen más estresados por la situación que no consiguen el medicamento o el estrés, por eso el trabajo de estos ángeles de azul tienen un rol muy importante en el avance de la sanación de los pacientes, muchas también rezan por el enfermo si se los piden. Si algún enfermo muere dan consuelo a los familiares.
Realizan actividades a los niños bien sea en una misma sala que disponga el hospital para dicha actividad o van de sala en sala para llegar a tantos niños enfermos que no pueden ser trasladado ni estar en contacto con otros por diferentes causas. Cuando llega el día del niño o diciembre preparan actividades para ellos, reparten cotillones o juguetes, meriendas, dependiendo de las donaciones que puedan conseguir ya que muchos de sus familiares no pueden económicamente, no pueden colaborar para estas actividades. Esto trae mucha paz a muchos niños y ánimo para no dejarse deprimir por la enfermedad.
A veces las madres no consiguen algún medicamento, y las damas de azul ayudan a difundir para poder conseguir dicho medicamento. Las damas de azul disfrutan su labor, su servicio, no reciben pago por esto, solo de parte de Dios que las colma de bendiciones. Los hombres también pueden pertenecer a esta organización, pero estas organizaciones abundan las mujeres. Ha bajado el número de personas en estos grupos, por eso esta asociación hace un llamado a las personas de integrarse esta hermosa labor.
No es fácil trabajar con enfermos, algunos reciben con humildad la ayuda de parte de ellas, pero algunos enfermos por su propia enfermedad se ponen deprimidos o se amargan, y no les gusta que los ayuden porque sienten que los ayudan por lástima, no es fácil brindar este servicio, para esto hay que tener mucha vocación al amor, y al donarse al servicio de los demás.
Su uniforme es de color azul aguamarina, llevando un símbolo Amarillo con una cruz Azul, la cruz de hospital, por eso se les llama las Damas de azul.
Yo pertenezco a esta organización, y puedo decir que esto me ha cambiado la vida, el ver el servicio de tantas mujeres que están dedicadas de lleno a esto, he aprendido tanto de ellas, de su humildad, he crecido como persona, muchas veces he querido brindar una palabra de ayuda, regalar un abrazo, una sonrisa, y he salido yo ayudada y consolada por los enfermos, tenemos tanto que aprender de ellos. Los enfermos son guerreros valientes, que se encuentran en un campo de batalla. Por eso también a estas Damas de azul se les considera un ejército, pero este ejército necesita más miembros que ayuden a tantos guerreros (Los enfermos).
Todos tenemos mucho que dar, dar sin esperar a cambio. ¿Y tú te animas a unirte a este batallón desde el lugar del país donde te encuentres? Acércate a los hospitales, si no existe esta organización, anímate a formarla. Sé que en tiempo de pandemia es difícil, pero sé que de esta pandemia saldremos y se podrá seguir sirviendo en los hospitales, sé que hay personas que están brindando ayuda a los familiares afuera que acampan recibiendo el sol y la lluvia, porque se hace imposible ingresar a los hospitales con la pandemia, pero siempre habrá alguna manera de ayudar, así sea llevando medicamentos o comida a los familiares.

The sick are brave warriors, who find themselves on a battlefield. That is why these Ladies in Blue are also considered an army, but this army needs more members to help so many warriors (the sick)
