El sonido de las olas en la playa
Aunque no soy de las personas que aman de bañarme en la playa, me gusta sentarme en la orilla y escuchar el sonido de las olas mientras el viento acaricia mi rostro, siento libertad y es un momento para conectarme con mi yo interior. Es un sonido que me relaja y me hace sentir feliz de poder disfrutar de la vida que tengo.
Although I am not one of the people who loves to bathe on the beach, I like to sit on the shore and listen to the sound of the waves while the wind caresses my face, I feel freedom and it is a moment to connect with my inner self. It is a sound that relaxes me and makes me feel happy to be able to enjoy the life I have.
El sonido de la lluvia sobre el tejado
Este sonido me causa alegría y mucha risa, cuando lo escucho me transporto a mis primeros años de matrimonio, nuestra habitación tenía techo de zinc y había varias gotera, cuando llovía era un caos y había baldes por todos lados, por mucho que lo arreglaban nunca funcionaba. Pero el amor de recién casados es sublime y todo es una excusa para reír.
This sound causes me joy and a lot of laughter, when I hear it I am transported to my first years of marriage, our room had a zinc roof and there were several leaks, when it rained it was chaos and there were buckets everywhere, no matter how much they never fixed it it worked. But the love of newlyweds is sublime and everything is an excuse to laugh.
El sonido de las campanas de una iglesia
Las iglesias siempre me han inspirado paz espiritual, y cuando suenan las campanas es para mí como un llamado a la comunión con Dios. No voy muy a menudo a misa los domingos, pero soy creyente y el sonido de las campanas me relaja y me conecta con mi paz espiritual.
Churches have always inspired me with spiritual peace, and when the bells ring it is like a call to me to communion with God. I don't go to Mass very often on Sundays, but I am a believer and the sound of the bells relaxes me and connects me with my spiritual peace.
El sonido de las risas
Las risas son contagiosas, escuchar las risas de las personas me pone alegre y también sonrío. Donde escucho risas en una reunión allí voy a ir, porque en la vida hay que reír aunque los problemas nos agobien, reírse puede reducir la hormona del estrés y disminuir la tensión del corazón.
Laughter is contagious, hearing people's laughter makes me happy and I also smile. Where I hear laughter in a meeting, there I am going to go, because in life we have to laugh even if problems overwhelm us, laughing can reduce the stress hormone and decrease the tension of the heart.
El sonido del canto de las aves
Amo y disfruto mucho de la naturaleza, me encanta escuchar el canto de las aves cuando me levanto en las mañanas y me siento en el jardín a tomar una taza de café, es maravilloso y me conecto con la naturaleza.
I love and enjoy nature a lot, I love listening to the birds singing when I get up in the morning and sit in the garden to have a cup of coffee, it is wonderful and I connect with nature.
