Nice review. I guess as with any training videos and certifications, this depends what you want to learn. Certifications often just touch the surface of many topics, so if that is what you need, this could be great, however, if you want to learn specifically Python, there are lots of great courses and training out there and even plenty of free courses.
Overall, this seems affordable and decent if someone wants a wide range of IT topics.
